ATS Misspelling Bonanxa

As you can see, my title has "Bonanza" misspelled. That wasn't done on purpose.

Since about January of this year, I have noticd a massive uptick in my misspelling here.

Initially I thought I was going nuts or had a brain tumoor, but over the last several months I came to realize a few things:


-My average misspelling rate in text messages, typing in urls in my browser, and other sites,is totally bormal (roughly 2-3% of words typed)

-Since about January on Ats, my misspelling has inxreasrd cramatically. It bow exists around 10 -15%

-Sometimes the misspelling is so bad that multiple words are misooekied in a roe, or a single word will have multiple letter errors

-The faster i type, the worse it bscomss. I have found that if i type at my normal pacr, the misppelng is atrocious, anf there is even a delay in the entry of words on this site within reply boxds.


See all of the mispelling above? None of that was done on ourpose. I was sinply typing as i nornally do and dint edit it after each sentence. Since this issue has arisen, i have had to type like im in a damn typewriter, edit aftwr each sentencr is writte , and end up editing my posts and threads on average 3 to 4 times just to fix the ridiuclous amount of misspelling.

Its pretty frustratinf.I know its not the biggest deal, but my mothrr was an english teacher so i have some grMmar nazi instillsd in me.


A fes thinfs to note:

Im on android nougat, and I use the desktip site of ats (because the mlbile version doesnt shoe avatars no matter what setting i choose).

Between the mispellings and odd delays, i swear its almostlike a program is running in the backgrou d on my pgone, like a keyboard hack or tracker.

Looks to me you're missing your keystrokes. For example the z and x are right next to each other.

Until you post it is the action of your browser software. The site doesn't interact while you type.

That said, downloaded script files could have an effect on the browser while the typing is done.

That's the quote / reply type screen, which only looks like that on Desktop.

And the quote function acts up, and reply's do not register...

I would get newest firefox version, especially if you are in the version 50s range. Also clear the browser cache.

It does use lots of memory.

My favorite is when i post a new thrwad with a 1000 word coubt, multiole images, and quoted texts, along with sources....only to accidntally swipe the tab away before hirring post, subsewyently losijg all of my progress.

I use to restart it every day since it slowed after a day or two.

I would try clearing cache. Does it only happen some times and not others.

My last phones normal keyboard module was a disaster to try to use compared to the one before it. THere was a setting or two that needed to befiddled with in the phone settings, as well as I went and got another keyboard appie. wasnt so bad after that.
