I agree with you, but I doubt this is possible due to the security arrangements that must be made ahead of time.

Part of the EO stated money would be allocated to build or improve facilities. Hopefully she will spend enough time there to make sure these immigrants know that regardless of whether we can grant them legal entry or not that we care about their wellbeing.

The Presidents have been known to pop into McDonalds and pose for pictures without notice time to time (giving the Secret Service details nightmares)...but, they do it.

Sometimes the best security is the unannounced, unexpected stops they've been known to make...
