Cool story about your uncle.. thanks for sharing.👍🏼

It sounds like your dad has inherited some cool memorabilia from roulette records.
It was interesting to hear Tommy James say in that video that despite how roulette execs strong armed the rest of the studios into letting them have Tommy James and the Shondells, it was ultimately the best thing that could have happened for them creatively and musically. He said they were given so much freedom to experiment and be their best, and that just wouldn’t have happened with any other studio.

So the mobsters ran the best recording studio. 😆

( You must have got some cool trinkets and awesome clothes)

Yea, I did. Wish I held onto them but all to often you don't appreciate some things until they're gone. Everytime one moves you often lose a few things. My Dad is still in same house as when I was 5. I lost count how many times I moved. Funny how some things work out for the better in the end.

Very cool! I had wondered how that "Wipe Out" song came to be with that laugh sound byte.
So many musicians back then were clever improvising geniuses.

Eh
Mood music. Seems like so much

But, its what happens when you got to much time to kill. Or maybe its the other way around, cant kill time for the same reason why you cant kill the easterbunny, Santa Claus or rumplestilskin. Because its all make believe. And you cant kill something that does not exist.

But then again, everything always fades away.

And then?

Once again. Only to be reborn again twice as bizarre, and five times as awkward.

I kind of miss talking to myself, just a bit. Only a little bit....Or not....Not.

I was going through some 1960s tunes and came upon the below.
The video is a montage of photo's from that era. One is of John Kerry beside John Lennon @ 1:25.
Kerry was also an Anti-war activist back in early 70s. Ironic given 1) Kerry was one of the signatories for the Iran Nuke Deal and 2) it's a widely supported theory that Lennon was taken out by the deep state because of his anti-nuclear activism was gaining too much popularity... prior to Reagan taking office. Which oddly Reagan was nearly taken out by a MKULTRA type assassin less than 4 months after Lennon.

The images are from the amazing documentary Home (2009), a depiction of how Earth's problems are all interlinked.
