Recording sounds of a ghost?

I'll copy and paste something I posted on my own forum, as i'd like feedback from a forum specialised to the unexplainable

About ...2 weeks ago, I was woken up by what sounded like someone having a hard time breathing
(take a deep breath, then breath out fast, that's the noise I heard, repeating itself)

So I situp and it's coming from our house for sure, not outside, it's in the house

It sounded like it was right outside my bedroom door and I will admit, it scared the # out of me.

So it stops, I getup, I go around looking....nothing

I go back to bed, but i'm laying there paranoid about this damn noise.

A week goes by and AGAIN, this noise comes back, this time, it's OUTSIDE the house, i.e, right outside the house, out front (ironically where the gate is)

It's loud enough to be heard through brick walls and shut double glazed windows.

It did it briefly again last night and went away (Again, inside the house)

This has freaked us all out and i'm sure this is why I can no longer sleep of a night.

So tomorrow night i'm borrowing my brothers' camcorder with nightsight...er....night vision and i'm going to at least capture the audio.

I'll post the audio file on here when I get a copy.

Any thoughts?

Very strange

It would be interesting to hear this tape, as it must be a loud sound to come through the bricks.
