Immigration to a Native American tribe in US how would it work?

I don't really know what you're asking. Is it a play on the "I can be a girl if I want to" theme, that is manifesting everywhere? It seems more like that episode of seinfeld, where Professor white became a Jew, and was telling Jew jokes to which seinfeld complained to a priest.

No you did not, what is the process to get 'adopted' on any of those tribes, where is it?

Maybe ask them? I don't think anyone here has ever been seeking adoption from a Native American Indian tribe, to be able to answer you.

Tribal membership relates to family history, and each tribe has different procedures.

Native Americans technically have their own "nations."

I think Aztec's is more accurate for many. About all the ones around my little slice of FL are Aztec's pretty damn sure of it. I doubt our native Seminole's are much more fond of them then they are us white devils.

Look up my Tribe's Freedmen.

Freedmen is one of the terms given to emancipated slaves and their descendants after slavery was abolished in the United States following the American Civil War. In this context, “Cherokee Freedmen” refers to the African-American men and women who were formerly slaves of the Cherokee before and after removal to Indian Territory. It includes the descendants of the former slaves, as well as those born in unions between formerly enslaved or enslaved African Americans and Cherokee tribal members.

During the American Civil War, the Cherokee who supported the Union abolished the practice of African slavery by act of the Cherokee National Council in 1863. The Cherokee Freedmen became citizens of the Cherokee Nation in accordance with a treaty made with the United States government a year after the Civil War ended.

Essentially the Cherokee adopted their slaves into the Tribe.

Now, there has been an ongoing legal battle (Cherokee are good at that... see Delaware Tribe for an example) but it was settled in 2017 to give the Freedmen Tribal rights as well.

So yes, Tribes have every right to adopt a people.

Now, whether or not a Tribe (Sovereign nation status) can circumvent US immigration policies would be interesting to hash out.

Looking for a basic way for them to expand numbers and give a voice to those numbers for concessions and also try in some way to solve an immigration issue although after looking they fall under US jurisdiction for common laws but being a member/adoptee/ associate of a tribe would Change the nature of an illegals Status no?
i think NA Policy could be changed to incorporate these other nationals on the principal of heritage? EX

Plains Indians originally, the Arapaho Indian nation was split in half by American conquest .

I think if they super organized all the historic tribes in the Americas continent they could probably move freely under that umbrella from Chile to Canada abiding by the local criminal laws of course but in a separate category specifically for free travel within?
