Hey I was never big into conspiracy theories about Tupac's death (besides the obvious things that jumped out, even at the time: His last album themed on dying, and the publicity and sales that would be possible from pretending to die).

However, I've become almost convinced recently that Tupac's voice can now be heard in songs from this modern-day rapper "Kasinova the Don."

Tupac had a very distinctive voice, and I've never heard anyone that sounds like him, until now. It's almost exactly the same as Pac's voice from the 90's, which no one else has ever sounded like.

Plus, Kasinova only sounds like that in his recorded music lol, meaning that when he just talks in interviews, he has a completely different voice.

PLUS the guy actually emphasizes the conspiracy-theory himself (that he is a front for Tupac to release his music). His album cover shows him holding a mask of Tupac's face.

And he even raps about Tupac, including rapping about Tupac's death being faked, from Tupac's point-of-view as he went through it lol.

If there's no truth to it, then Kasinova would just be an obsessive fan who makes music about his hero, but it's the actual voice in the songs that is most convincing:

So Kasinova was 9 when Tupac died at age 25.

Seems to be just a little bit of an age gap there huh?

No, the age gap has nothing to do with it lol.

The basic idea is that Tupac has been chilling in some secluded paradise, ever since his staged death in '97. (And that staged-death blew him up, to become probably the most popular rapper of all time, with untold millions and millions of sales, since then.)

So he's been chilling all these years, watching the millions pour into his bank accounts, probably often sitting on a beach, on some tropical island.

And actually, he also kept releasing new albums after his death too lol, if you guys remember that. The explanation was that he had left piles and piles of recorded music that was never published. So the next few years after his death, he kept releasing all-new albums, and IIRC he released more new content after his death, than when he was alive.

So with all that as context, the new conspiracy theory is just that 2Pac is currently releasing new music, under the false name and image of "Kasinova tha Don," who is working with Tupac, to pretend to be the artist of Tupac's modern work.

If anyone is familiar with Tupac's actual voice, then that alone makes this very compelling, not to mention that Kasinova seems to emphasize the idea himself. (His album shows him holding a mask of 2Pac's face, as if it is his other face.)

Clones don't just grow over night. They still have to mature.

I agree. However, no one is saying that they are the same individual.

In the scenario imagined by the OP, I believe it is assumed that Tupac is providing the lyrics and vocals, while this Kasinova person provides the face and branding.

Why he would, if alive, involve himself in such a thing is beyond me, what purpose it would serve confounds me entirely, since the only reason to fake ones own death (giving the benefit of the doubt to the OP for a moment here) is to avoid scrutiny or other attention from people you would rather not deal with, people you would like to fool into believing you are dead.

If someone with that voice, starts making music under any guise, or with the aid of any frontman, regardless of how it gets branded, or who the visible face of the product is, people from "back in the day" would recognise the originator of it by their vocals, and begin to search for him. Even if Tupac had faked his death, and successfully hidden himself out of sight, part of his protection would always be that his enemies would think him dead, so it would make no sense to even produce, leave alone provide vocals for, someone else, even under a guise.

It would be like being a contract killer, but mailing your instructions to the authorities, so that they would have a chance to catch you at it. Makes no sense to me in the slightest.

Lol I'm guessing you're joking, right?

Kasinova isn't cloned, and he's not releasing his own voice. He is releasing 2Pac's voice. That's the whole idea...

Because the normal reason that people think he staged his death, was to make millions of dollars. (And his death DID cause millions and millions of sales, which went to his family, and which would then reach him too, through his family.)

He wasn't doing it to hide from people, necessarily. (Although spending the next 2 decades probably island-hopping, did have the effect of hiding away from the US.)

(Also do you guys know that it's not even uncommon to believe he staged his death? The thing about Kasinova is small compared to that common assumption of faking his death.)

Yeah I see that now.

I think for this scenario to have merit, a nephew or similar would make more sense...keep it in the family so to speak.

OK, well they COULD be related, right? They're both light-skinned black men; Kasinova could be his nephew or something. 2Pac left behind a wealthy family and estate, plus he had a lot of business associates and friends.

Actually that's part of the typical idea of how he staged his death, by coordinating it with Suge Knight and his record company. (As they would also make millions by the resulting sales.)

So he definitely had close acquaintances / friends / family, who are assumed to be part of his staged death.

I mean, people have already been assuming that since he died. Of course it had to be orchestrated w/ family, business partners, etc.

Faked his death and is gonna live an anonymous life for all these years.? What you smoking? He was an attention whore, so this flies in the face of pure B.S...……….....maybe this rapper started this rumor to help sell his wares. Oh, yea, Elvis works at the KFC in Gary, Indiana and his shift supervisor is Michael Jackson...…...the new area wide manager is Prince.

Food for thought, I believed the following to be to the contrary but upon reading up I found that it is an urban myth that it is illegal to fake your own death. However if you use the news of your death to defraud on outstanding debts or legal matters then that it is where the illegality becomes so.

So as long as his debts both corporate and judicial were cleared out then he could have infact faked his death without legal ramifications. So it’s entirely possible that he wanted to escape the limelight of stardom and firm grasp of his corporate “handlers”. Live as a Hollywood “puppet” albeit a rich puppet or a free man (also rich)producing whatever content you want from the safety and isolation of some jungle paradise. Hmm seems like an easy choice to those of us who value our freedom and independence.

Also for those saying age this or physical feature that...you entirely missed the premise of the OP. Now go back and read it again but take your time and make sure that you understand what you are reading.

How do you know? Are you in on it? Why are you leaking this information, which is surely to end his career?

I believe it is clones. They transfer the conscious of the dead into the clone.

But I'm not into conspiracies.

So, a cousin or someone related, who they kept under wraps for all this time, coming out with the same voice, and everyone can tell? You believe this?

Yet disbelieve clones? Which are verified and proven?

So many singers come back to life after reports of their death... people are so blind.

Where are human clones proven? Because animals can be cloned it doesnt mean people can.

Show me 1 singer that has come back to life after legit reports of their death? Not rumors that get started on social media or some place but an actual official statement of death for a singer that is alive..

People are so blind. Conspiracy Theorists being at the top of that list as they will often ignore facts and reality to tell the narrative they have.

Yeah, well if you think cloning a sheep is all they have done, think again. What they reveal to us, they have 50-60 years in advance under wraps. You know it.

Tupac.

Twice now.

ETA: And Elvis.

And lets not forget Paul McCartney is a shape shifter.

But I'm no conspiracy theorist.
