So Kasinova was 9 when Tupac died at age 25.
Seems to be just a little bit of an age gap there huh?

Clones don't just grow over night. They still have to mature.

I agree. However, no one is saying that they are the same individual.
In the scenario imagined by the OP, I believe it is assumed that Tupac is providing the lyrics and vocals, while this Kasinova person provides the face and branding.
Why he would, if alive, involve himself in such a thing is beyond me, what purpose it would serve confounds me entirely, since the only reason to fake ones own death (giving the benefit of the doubt to the OP for a moment here) is to avoid scrutiny or other attention from people you would rather not deal with, people you would like to fool into believing you are dead.
If someone with that voice, starts making music under any guise, or with the aid of any frontman, regardless of how it gets branded, or who the visible face of the product is, people from "back in the day" would recognise the originator of it by their vocals, and begin to search for him. Even if Tupac had faked his death, and successfully hidden himself out of sight, part of his protection would always be that his enemies would think him dead, so it would make no sense to even produce, leave alone provide vocals for, someone else, even under a guise.
It would be like being a contract killer, but mailing your instructions to the authorities, so that they would have a chance to catch you at it. Makes no sense to me in the slightest.

Yeah I see that now.
I think for this scenario to have merit, a nephew or similar would make more sense...keep it in the family so to speak.

Lol I'm guessing you're joking, right?
Kasinova isn't cloned, and he's not releasing his own voice. He is releasing 2Pac's voice. That's the whole idea...

OK, well they COULD be related, right? They're both light-skinned black men; Kasinova could be his nephew or something. 2Pac left behind a wealthy family and estate

So, a cousin or someone related, who they kept under wraps for all this time, coming out with the same voice, and everyone can tell? You believe this?
Yet disbelieve clones? Which are verified and proven?
So many singers come back to life after reports of their death... people are so blind.

Where are human clones proven? Because animals can be cloned it doesnt mean people can.
Show me 1 singer that has come back to life after legit reports of their death? Not rumors that get started on social media or some place but an actual official statement of death for a singer that is alive..
People are so blind. Conspiracy Theorists being at the top of that list as they will often ignore facts and reality to tell the narrative they have.
