in the 50's the phenomena turned into another huge fear of the human race: are we alone? and so the phenomena morphed again this time into shiny saucers seen wizzing in the sky, sometimes they would send people claiming to hail from a peacefull race to earth, they would spread new agey messages causing even more social unrest
the alien gimmick continued until the birth of internet, now the world had become very skeptical and some weird claiming he meet aliens would'nt do too much harm
here enters Q, Q plays in one of humanity's worst fears: the fear of people in power, it dint take too much to send such a agent to a acid forum like 4chan

This really made me smile for the reasons beneath the decode.

DECODE using Timestamp to Acronym gives URC.

URC = "Up (Stage) Right Center"

1) This is signed Q+ which could be either Mattis or POTUS - I think the latter as below points will make clear,

2) The twitter link in the post is of the Twitter account of the guy in the Q t-shirt in Q post #1577!

3) Q+ (POTUS?) is saying "Now that's what I call a VIP"... 'you UPSTAGED me right center at the rally' (as shown in #1577),

4) To take the time to not only show the guy in a Q post but then post again identifying his Twitter account, I think, is showing humility in the face of the people!!

5) An exec mentor once told me "You can't be a great leader without a dose of humility... otherwise how will you see things from the point of view of those you lead?"

6) The specificity of that URC acronym, I think, proves that the Timestamp to Acronym method is valid!

7) Lastly, I think that they saw this guy come in in that t-shirt and then told him where to sit in order to enable this decode message - so it was both staged and upstaged.
