radar so far is that of The FBI New York Field Office; the
actions of whistle blowers there that went to Congress
and informed them of the Clinton emails that were found
on Anthony Weiner's laptop on or about September 26th 2016.

After the IG report on Thurday, Devin Nunes confirmed that in Late
September 2016 a whistleblower had come forward and talked
about this laptop sitting up in New York that had emails.

So this now confirms that there indeed was an internal
power struggle in the FBI over Clinton's emails, The Clinton
Foundation; and some good guys took action.

JC did not tell Congress until much later, it seems
he was forced into it in order to cover his own a**.

Highly doubtful. Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood had very little to do with 9/11 other than kicking the can down the road and supporting the OS fairy tale.

Besides 9/11, many of us suspect that ISIS was created and controlled by Israel, for the purpose of destabilizing certain parts of the Middle East. It has been widely noticed that this group, supposedly the most bloodthirsty jihadists on the planet, can't be bothered to even throw a dirty look toward Israel, much less attack them. Also, there is a very definite selectivity in who they target. They took over large swaths of Iraq and Syria, but never bothered Jordan, or Lebanon, or Turkey, or Saudi Arabia.
