Thank you. However, I can't imagine she didn't make phone calls as well. I believe she used one of these criminal phones to bypass FOIA, just like her basement server and that is why the phones were smashed. Now her illegal comms/info is stored overseas.

BigBurg seems we are both lost on this.

It's possible that they used call forwarding options. Call one number and it forwards it to another, but I'm unclear on how that would skirt (or if) any security measures.
