I'm not sure how a dead guy can cause division, but I'm not ready to write off Margolis as the one to look into.

Try can be a number!

Either as a Rugby try (5 points in Rugby Union, 4 points in Rugby League), or as in Latin "tri" meaning 3 (Triumvirate, trilateral, etc.)

You could also engineer the Roman numeral for 8 out of "Will"... "VIII" (or possibly 13 = "VVIII" though this should be shown as "XIII")

If "Will" meant 13 it could refer to POTUS UK visit on July 13th!!.

ETA - If "Will" and 13 are relevant then it could either mean imposing POTUS will on 13th or, more ominously POTUS needs a legal WILL because of assassination attempt expected 13th?

ETA2 - If you convert a try in Rugby Union you get an extra 2 points making 7!!! Therefore we have July 13th (POTUS in UK):

1. Trump Twitter Archive has a date stamp of Jul 3, 2018 06:19:35 PM

2. When I go to the link for that tweet, it should be displaying a date stamp on the Tweet in EST. I get Jul 3, 2018 04:19 PM

So I have a two hour discrepancy.

The Tweet was made, presumably from WV, which is EST, so the date stamp at Trump Twitter Archive should be correct.

I thought there migh be a discrepancy if POTUS had gone to another location in the western US, but nope:

Thanks Coram, your point (1) time of 6:19:35pm matches my Exporttweet time of 18:19:35 (once I adjust from GMT to EST). My post has a pic with the export data redlined in it.

6:19 EST would be 7:19 EDT? POTUS speech started 6:40EDT and was 28 mins long, therefore finishing at 7:08... POTUS tweeted 11mins later?

ETA - I would imagine its impossible for POTUS to include a vetted 28min video in his tweet 11mins after finishing his speech, so my guess is they added the video to the tweet a number of hours later. This explains the new time displayed when you look at the tweet now.
