Here is another view from googlemaps, from 2017, of the road Prince William is crossing. Note the same skyscraper in the back.

Here is a map view with the crossing in centre, showing:
1) More uptown area to right including a few banks such as China Construction Bank,
2) Numerous "Mansions" in the area (private mansions?)

Question is... is Prince William going somewhere or leaving somewhere?

Someone on a Q-anon fb group has posted the pic but also pointed out the signage there. Apparently one sign says 'Western Pacific Kindergarten', and the other says 'SFALO'.

Perhaps P-Willy was going to check the Kindergarten is safe for kids?

It isn't just me ignoring things, Q admitted that they were just trolling.

Also, he confirmed that it was a reflection and implied that they had set the mug holder there on purpose.

Why would a black hat take a picture that way? Why would they take that particular picture at all?

a) On HARDTALK discussing his friendship with Hussein, his new book and Russia collusion,
b) On "Beyond 100 days" commenting on Senate press report that Russia collusion was wider than thought.

His hair is darker, he's chubbier. As this picture shows he is significantly shorter than Hussein (6ft1) who is 2 inches shorter than William (6ft3):
