DJT just confirmed that a Q, or other affiliated, is in the hearing. Via post 1606. Interesting, for two reasons. One Trump is being informed or has been informed, on what is or was to be said. 2 Q is giving a near live update, not a post even breakdown. So Q wants the info live.

Ginsberg will never retire, no matter if she has to be propped up with a broom handle and naps through an entire case. She is too full of herself and probably thinks the Court won't function without her, imo.

I think there is a double entendre in "G v E/R v W" because E/R in the UK stands for "Elizabeth Regina"; i.e. Queen Elizabeth II.

It is the layout that looks strange.

If it had been put like this:
G v E
R v W

....I would have automatically agreed that it stood for Good vs. Evil, Right vs. Wrong.

But, the E/R makes it seem like it means something else. Maybe it's just me.

Kennedy is right-leaning, but moderate. He's often the "swing vote" on the Supreme Court.

I've commented before that Ginsburg (hard left) looks like she might not last much longer.

Kennedy's retirement letter mentions "continuing to serve in a senior status, as provided in 28 U.S. Code § 371(b)."
I checked the US code mentioned, and it just talks about judges and justices being eligible to retire with a salary if they meet certain service requirements.

Looks to me like "senior status" is just a euphemism for "retired."

Good one. Soros has huge problems in Hungary right now. They basically kicked him out of the country.
