I've picked something up from the "..."s in Q Post #1589 from your post and on qntmpkts.keybase.pub...:

In this part quote:

RR to LL "……………"
LL to H "……………"
X to X "………………….."

... the first line is 5x Ellipsis ("..." as one typed character)
second is 5x Ellipsis
third is 7x Ellipsis followed by 2x period.

2 options to decode here:
a) counting dots and converting to letters gets us OOW
b) Morse code using "..." (ellipsis) as a dash and period as a dot, gives us combinations of T, O or M for the dashs, and D, I, or Z for last letter of the one ending in 2x period.

Either way this is deliberate! Else why would you type 7x ellipsis then 2 periods rather than 8 ellipsis?

Isn't this saying that police have the phones of the 2 MS_13 members who killed Seth Rich and then were killed themselves. Also IMPORTANTLY that the logs of those 2 phones show who ordered Seth's hit?

That's what I'm thinking. The texts and call logs on those phones would be smoking guns for sure. Perhaps Q isn't talking about the 2 members in particular that did the hit job, but 2 other members who were murdered nearby that had some info on their phones.
