I would watch, something tells me that the long game is to end the initial Korean confict, signing and getting the USA to remove/reduce the troops there and then once that happens, strike when the south is at its most vulnerable and proceed with the conquering of the South, leaving the US out of it, unable to act or stop it.

Not much will change-the Chinese regime (read Dictatorship) won't allow unification.

That's my contention as well, within the last few years they've been expanding on foreign ownership, they just want/need to come into the world's fold. They already produce a lot of goods, having to go through China as the middleman greatly decreases the value that gives them. Let's be honest to be a part of the world he doesn't have to give all his people emaculate lives, just allow for the potential to be there, that will still improve his livelihood overall and be seen as a compromise to his people.

Really? After all we gave the leader of North Korea what he wanted and a promise to boot. A photo op, along with a few choice video for them to show to their people. They also got a US President to accept them as equal, that gives the government of North Korea one more step for being recognized and legitimate. And the promise of no war games this year, that is what they want.
