Has Anyone Run Across Postmodern Jukebox

i have listened to all the music here...wish there was more! BUT i have to say that "creep" has me totally
mesmorized. ive listened to it four times already, i just cant get enough.

Postmodern Jukebox has an entire YouTube channel. There is a lot more.

They have a MMMBop cover done in Do Wop style that's good. MMMBop is already a little retro in that way to begin with, but their arrangement is good and entertaining. I still don't know what the lyrics are though.



I'll also add this one because I love this gal's vocal work.

doo wop is an incredible art form, and these guys pull it off perfectly.
i remember the chesterfields.. didnt even require instruments.

been following them for years. they have some very good stuff.

i enjoyed their covers of saturday morning cartoon themes, too. for some reason a lot of those aren't online now. :/

ATS, Music - Postmodern Jukebox.

Anyhoo, there is band called RockSugar that keeps it in the rock area but adds a twist, they take an 80's (sometimes, 70s) pop song and cross it with hard rock song. The first song I ever heard was a cross between Don't Stop Believing and Enter Sandman! They play both songs at parts, and sing the lyrics of one song over the music of the other song'. Fun stuff!

They work it out so they can actually go out and play it all live. Guess what? They are from Vegas. Of course...

Cool stuff! I like Richard Cheese and Lounge Against The Machine so when I get off network, I will have give these a whirl
