The feds do not actually set aside any monies in these social programs like FEMA etc. the only bank the Fed actually has set aside for the US Human populace is Social Security. Everything else is liquid and allegated... so much money was and still is flowing into the Middle East when it really should have stopped at just securing the borders and airlines. Without troops going to hunt a bunch of rebels stuck on martyrdom.

Of course those stuck on Christian martyrdom thought they needed to send a message to all of those NOT having any diplomatic status with the Vatican much like DC being a statehood for the government; the Vatican is the statehood for the Roman Empire. One that once had no issues sacrificing anyone and anything to the statehood of government it felt was an outside threat.

The whole "axis of evil" business was all of those statehoods that did not bow to Rome in diplomacy... so they got together and started saying we are not a statehood; but a caliphate... so systematically going through each government trying to rebel and overthrow it and install a caliph. Then of course after that trying to set up yet another statehood and then unionize them all under one heading.

The US also has this history; once a wide open wilderness and man left to his own lot and devices to "tame" whatever he thought right in carving his way across the country; allocating places for the residents already there; the people were seen as animals and treated no differently; wrangled and mangled in that thing called "progress" yet for that progress like any other "animal" dominance displays are common. Many tactics are used to bring whatever is standing in the way of a global force or heading to it's knees.

Human or any other species does not matter in what is called "the grand scheme of things"... that of course is the dwelling where people are attached to "things". Materials in other words; living in excess is a common thing; and since it is spring in many part of the world cleaning up and clearing out those excesses is a good thing; especially donating that which one does not need or have in excess of with no use in the future to others, or sold and some of the money donated... a good cause is a good cause.

Of course; others addicted to money have no use for things they blow it on random things of no real lasting value; like 60 USD shampoo instead of 3 USD shampoo or even making it themselves.

Value of course is in the eye of the beholder; so when someone is trying to liquidate YOUR things just because they can see no use other than money or greed or desire of it for themselves? That can be even worse a sickness than living in excess without many expenses or knowing how to cut out the bloat.

I have my own personal little tastes and have spent many years collecting various little and large things here and there; and well weighing space and future can become difficult when so many want to grab at things no their own.

Some want to draw the line at culture grabbing; like hey this is our culture not yours... those are the one's that do not hold out the welcome mat for those interested in learning what makes that culture tick at it's core of being. Of course the real fear is appropriation... it will only be a matter of time before you get around to opening a business with our cultures stuff before we get off our asses to do so.

So we have the 3rd world business; those with a lot of desire to get of their asses and produce and yet no real help or means to do so; those that have more means than they know what to do with; and then those with no real direction in how flowing to either side.

So conservation of resources is what gets called conservatism; if closed behind borders it gets called nationalism, patriotism, imperialism etc. which means that conservation has gone too extreme in not sharing based on whatever treaties they have.

So hey there is that whole axis of evil business again; which has nothing really to do with the Middle East, but the psychological makeup of those closing borders in trade preference to those held beliefs.

Unfortunately those held beliefs even if not shared; become a reality that ALL have to fight with or against or at least be concerned about; if not then people just become aloof to caring about anything or anyone other than themselves; the egocentrics arise and step on any and everything without a thought or care in the world as to what all of those actions global and local have on each other.

In effect means all of this is already in motion; ceasing the effect, is becoming aware of the cause; understanding is the time or compassion it takes to see all the causes of how the interact and not just correlation. Sensational headlines look to be cause for a certain effect when something needs funding and too much has been allocated elsewhere.

FEMA dropped the ball on those after Katrina; because much of it had to be stolen or borrowed out of Social Security the only real US bank for the people; as the fed charged us all to print off way more than we ever needed; to only bloat the war and health machine even further. As those two go hand in hand... peace brings more health; so a world focused on creating more human misery, becomes more hell like the longer it is allowed to go on.

After borders are closed; then the proverbial witch hunt begins on all of it's citizens not stepping in line to the tune of whatever battle hymn the statehood tranny coupled with government influence is demanding.

Change that is the inevitability; even if you sit and do nothing... the day passes into night, the seasons go by and what have humans really done for the benefit of all of the world as a family; in oh I dunno the past 45 years? It seems to be nothing but turn out victim of the system over and over again; that has done nothing but have others rub their hands together in anticipation of profiting off of all of that human misery.

Animal misery... well that is the topic; so what does it mean to be human when we see a lone demonstrator trying to uphold a law that those ignoring it or trying to circumvent it are breaking? Is it fitting that we still see that as animal? Or are "we" the true animals in this situation facing the world trying to separate and divide by ignorance and personal preference to what constituting life or living one actually means?

May sound silly to those thinking human is the ruling species; yet an unknown and unseen microbe can drop thousands in a matter of weeks.

That is just nature striking back; saying you better get a wrangle on yourselves in your arrogance as a species for a better balance on the whole. Of course that arrogance goes so far to then try to kill that warning and then something like MERSA arises.

No excuse for heedlessness to such when it arises; the ignorance is not realizing one is already sick before any symptoms even develop.

Very sad indeed.
Sometimes I wonder whether we humans are the real aliens who have invaded some kind of animal kingdom.

I mean have you ever seen an animal with a hat or coat on?

there are exceptions but, on the whole, humans are a fairly poor excuse for a species, as evidenced by their treatment of any other.

And there are too damn many of us. Full disclosure, I’m a hypocrite saying that as I have 3 kids of my own. Still, I’m beginning to have the opinion that something is going to have to be done about the worldwide population constantly increasing.

I guess it’s a good thing that higher beings than us don’t treat us like we treat lower beings.

Or even like we treat each other.

Could we expect any better?

Karma’s a bitch. It may be coming soon!

A lot to digest there. One thing you said about gov helping people and FEMA is the agency that helps. Well ask people on the Gulf Coast or in natural disasters how much FEMA can help... No offense to anything you said but in most cases during a natural disaster FEMA is a joke. Hell their NFIP flood program alone if over 10 billion in debt and that’s the part of FEMA home owners pay for their flood insurance. And let me tell you in you live on a flood zone that policy will eat you alive.

Let another Katrina like storm hit another major city and you just may see NFIP/FEMA go belly up. People are still fighting to get money out of them from a decade ago. One big pyramid scheme if you ask me. Better to self insure by setting monies back every month.

I suppose what was missed; is there is an agency called FEMA and a so called budget or basically a pay check for all of those to sit there and do nothing... then when the something happened? No funds really there except those pay checks for those holding a FEMA job... the funds had to be moved to THEN go into action as it is one big coffer that is continually routed and rerouted on an as needed basis. Social Security IS the ONLY deposit box that Americans have. Everything else is in deficit spending... so when they cannot get a loan for the money they should have? They contract with another country to buy bonds or a slave debt to pay that sum back... which means the federal reserve prints off way more notes in hopes that those bonds will eventually grow and be paid back.

Many buying those bonds; know that there is an automatic interest especially when in debt as deep that they buy them and then sit on them as long as possible, depending on the rates... some are five year, some are ten year, etc. so if a country buys enough bonds; then creates enough strife? They can literally cash in and bankrupt or bank roll themselves.

That was the name of the game that occured... the towers being attacked where were the bond holders? Those inside knowing full well that the war machine would advance while everyone was saying buy gold buy this buy that and pass the ammunition blah blah blah... it was just a shell game. While bodies of all sorts hit the floor and not just the stock exchange ones either.

Many politicians hide their stock or try to sell it off come election time; some try to hide or launder their money in various charities or in made up corporations.

That of course is the dark or shadow government while everyone else runs around playing facetime; or acting the part like an agency model does not actually own the line of clothing they runway for. Two shells in the US and the invisible third they shell game the public with; one shell democrat, one shell republican, and yet in truth of the third shell; run the same game through both, while everyone else dances to the tune on whatever side of the aisle.

So hey only paychecks go to FEMA etc so someone can sit do nothing until something happens; like all bureaucracies do. Like a bureau there is a cabinet above it; that is supposed to be an oversight for handling funds etc properly.

In the case of setting aside the forest for these other primates not human; as said deforestation is still occuring... obviously there is supposed to be someone to enforce that that law passed makes sure that deforestation deemed illegal does not continue... so of course it would be wise to see who what and how that law works and how just passing a law does not really cease the behavior it was intended to stop. If there is a fine for breaking the law; then of course the corrupt pay the other corrupt and continue on logging... despite the supposed "law"

Same thing happens with industrial waste; it is written into budgets and those magical savings are passed right back onto our plates as cost markups; or that magical thing called INFLATION.

No special account hanging out with FEMA on it; except to those that work in that department understand? The assumption is that there is one; there is not one and why social security which is the only one; is often raided and attacked by those seeking more funds or those wanting to dismantle it are simply trying to cover their misappropriated tracks.

We are destroying the planet at an alarming rate and people just don't care. The arrogance and self entitlement of the human species in modern day times will eventually lead to our demise as well as many other species.

Half of the The Great Barrier Reef has died since 2016 and 91% of the reef is experiencing bleaching to some degree. High CO2 levels have lowered the PH levels and as a result the water is becoming too acidic to sustain reef life. Some of this is due to natural climate change but we sure aren't helping the cause with additional CO2 pollution. The Reef is crucial to our ecology.

Tree's help absorb CO2, so what do we do? Destroy them too. The amount of destruction by man in the Amazon Rainforest and others is staggering.

I'm sure many read the story last week about the Whale that washed up on the beach full of plastic bags in it's organs. The radiation levels in our marine life is off the charts in the Pacific from Fukushima and who knows what the levels are from dumping our radiation waste into our oceans all over the globe. It just goes on and on the damage we have done.

The fact that every piece of plastic ever manufactured is still here and will remain here for hundreds of years is alarming. Our beach sand is becoming plastic as well as islands of trash floating in our oceans.

Humans are the worst thing to ever happen to the planet Earth. What's really sad and something to stop and ponder, is that the majority of damage to our 4.5 billion year old planet has all happened in the last 100 years, excluding natural disasters and humans are to blame.

Like George Carlin said "it's not the planet that is F'd it's the people" I have to agree with that statement.

Please tell me there is something being done..? Heartbreaking, as usual. People won't do the right thing until the consequences are too harsh not to. Even here where I live now, construction companies routinely destroy environmental areas that are protected because it's cheaper to pay the fines than to do the right thing.
It's time for us to go. With us destroying this world like we love to do, can the 6th extinction event be far behind?

From the movie War for the Planet of the Apes:

All of human history has lead to this moment. The irony is we created you. And nature has been punishing us ever since. This is our last stand. And if we lose... it will be a Planet of Apes.
