I Can't View Avatars

My avatar is 170 pixels wide and 95 pixels high.

It is 40 KB in size.

I am viewing ATS with a desktop computer using Mozilla Firefox.

Here is how I have set up my account:





I can't see my avatar or anyone's avatar on threads.

What am I doing wrong?

Try changing 'Show' to 'Hide' in the first box where it says to show desktop avatars and backgrounds. That's how mine is. I'm on a laptop with Chrome.

I can't see them on my PC or my tablet.

I use desktop. I have noticed that some members who used to sport avatars seem to no longer use them? I wasn't sure if ditching avatars was the new fad or if something else was wrong.

I had some similar problems a few years ago with adware blocking apps, one of the filters looked at image size and would block loading of anything matching... so just in case you might want to check any plugins etc

The problem seems to be that those buttons are like toggle buttons, if they say "Hide" and you click on it then it hides, if it says "Show" then when clicking it will show the avatars

It doesn't represent the current setting but the setting that will be applied if you click on it. It it says hide it means you are alerady showing the avatars, if it says show it means you are currently hiding them

It is confusing
