Special Counsel Mueller has delayed Michael Flynn's sentencing again.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team has once again delayed sentencing for former Trump official Michael Flynn, according to court documents released Friday.

Flynn, the former Trump campaign official who briefly served as national security adviser to the president before being fired, pleaded guilty last year to making false statements to the FBI.

“Due to the status of the special counsel’s investigation, the parties do not believe that this matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time,” the joint status report obtained by Fox News read.

Friday’s report suggests that Flynn is still in the process of cooperating with investigators.

The filing marks the third time that the sentencing for Flynn has been postponed.

The Federal Judge has summoned Michael Flynn to a July 10th hearing. He's fuming over Bob Mueller delaying Flynn's sentencing on more than one occasion.

It is unknown why Mueller has delayed the process. It is quite unorthodox.

It is likewise very rare to call Flynn — or any defendant — to a status hearing after a plea deal.

Could Sullivan vacate Flynn’s guilty plea at the July 10th hearing?

Anything is possible.

Especially when a federal judge is pissed.

Fixed it. The judge is now FUMING, lol.

I'm expecting Flynn to go free on July 10th. Mueller seems to be stalling, trying to delay the inevitable as long as possible. I suspect that when sentencing finally does happen, and the judge considers the severity of Flynn's offense, it will become apparent that there was no lie; the investigators themselves said they didn't think Flynn was lying to them; the charge was baseless.

At that point, it will be Muller who is in trouble, not Flynn.

And, it's important to remember, that when one person is EXONERATED after being framed, at least one other person is usually INDICTED.

New Revelation: The theory that General Flynn plead guilty to lying, was because the FBI/Prosecutors threatened to frame his son, if he didn't, IS TRUE.

The “side deal,” according to National Review, was made with Flynn’s former defense team “to not prosecute Flynn’s son—despite threatening to Flynn that he would do so–in order to get Flynn to plead guilty.”
