Twice you say? WWI ended with no Entente soldier walking into Germany. WWII was for the largest part due to Russia.

That's because that 'entente' was comprised of over a million US troops in WWI and in WWII those Russians (the ones who weren't staving to death or being shot in the back) we're supplied with over 20,000 us tanks and planes.

Actually more like 2 million to be fair. 2 million out of 16 million on the western front, whereas France supplied nearly half that number. The US comtributed, yes, but they did by no means save Europe like others claimed.
Besides the 20.000 pieces of war material, the Russians lost 20 million. Did the US contribute those numbers in the final tally? Again, contributed, but by no means saved us.

Well, I never cried about US ingenuity, did I? I pointed out, that the products that were "made" by US citizens are actually produced in another country and therefore are not american made products. Oh yeah totally agree with you. The Soviets did the graft and won the war for sure in Europe, they killed Nazism. But without assistance from the Yanks in form of military hardware I honestly believe the USSR would have been done over by the square heads, the Yanks supplied loads of hardware to keep Stalin in the fight. Without the Yanks the USSR would have found it much harder to bounce back and smash the Germans to pieces.

It is a technical impossibility for anyone to have 'saved Europe' during WW2.
