Who fired the sniper rifles?

Loud speakers where instructing not to get close to the fence and not to trow rocks/molotovs.
Snipers shot people who disobeyed. This is after weeks of rubber bullets and other riot control measures.
You tell me, if a person is looking at the end of a barrel and does something he is clearly instructed not to do, does he takes a calculated risk for his own fate? Or is he just an innocent victim?
As I mentioned in the post, it's easy to look at this as David vs Goliath, but only a hungry person will willingly trow a rock on a soldier knowing he is going to be shot.

At the end of the day Israel killed 60+ people and wounded 2,000+.

Actually a lot more were injured according to this wiki - en.wikipedia.org...-7, but more than 90% of the injured are due to tear gas inhalation etc. not live fire.

in this case Israel royaly screwed up.

What makes you think that? What in your opinion is going to happen?

"It has been widely reported, and confirmed by Hamas, that the protesters are motivated to get shot."

That was the best part.

Thank you for the early morning comedy. It brightened my day.

There is absolutely nothing funny about people being raised from childhood to become martyrs. It is a tragedy, not a comedy.

The comedy is that you are brainwashed enough to actually believe that anyone wants to get shot.

Didn't you read the OP or the ultra-right wing, ultra orthodox unsupported viewspapers they cite as evidence? It's fine to shoot them and commit genocide, it's what they deserve. There is absolutely nothing abhorrent or absurd in their actions, and in no way shape or form was state and media indoctrination, weaponisation and execution of ethnic groups relevant to the creation and function of Israel.

Whomever deluded you into believing this is doing you a disservice. You are committed to a false reality.

I have provided Palestinian testimonies that confirm my claims. If you don't believe the people who are taking part in these protests, I think you are the one who are committed to a false reality.

Your links are so biased the Hamas statement is deliberately mistranslated, 50 of the dead were activists' - i.e 'voters/civillians' not that they have a choice of a free vote. Israel and Netanyahu claim 10 were Hamas militants and an additional millitant from a seperate group. Very different from the distorted to the point of being a lie claims those links claim as true.

There are no crowd control methods short of a massacre?

There are, and they were used for weeks now.

Would you kill yourself if I promise to put a $200 check in your coffin?

The families of the dead got 3000$ actually.
If my family was hungry for bread, and I have lost all hope? I would certainly consider it, hoping I would get shot in the leg and not in the head. Beats life with no future under Sharia law, where your kids slowly starve.

ultra-right wing, ultra orthodox unsupported viewspapers

So this is how you brand facts that don't align with your views?

It's fine to shoot them and commit genocide, it's what they deserve.

Where exactly did you read that?

There is absolutely nothing abhorrent or absurd in their actions

If you had actually read my post, you wouldn't miss this part: "Criticism of Israel is understandable".

execution of ethnic groups

Ironic. Israel is the most ethnically diverse country in the region. But this probably also contradicts your views. Go ahead, say it's a "ultra-right wing" lie.

You are the literal face of cognitive dissonance. Fascinating.
I presented a quote from a Hamas high ranking leader giving an interview to a Palestinian journalist, and you are talking about Bibi, as if I'm responsible for what he says.
Read it again:
Salah Al-Bardawil: "I am giving you an official figure. 50 of the martyrs in the recent battle were from Hamas.

To be fair I completely agree with most of what you say in the OP just fundamentally opposed to the use of live fire,

Every source is on the far right Israeli press. It's best to go for balance in these things. The article interviewing the 'detained Palestinian for instance seems staged - for some bizzarre reason there's a paper heart on the wall behind him with swastikas drawn on it, what the 'Palestinian' is saying is completely true but people don't speak that well, I see no reports of succesful breaches with Telegraph/British intel claiming a kite with molotov attached was the only breach of the fence, and it's verbatim what the Israeli intelligence reports stated a couple of months back, too good to check out.

As I said you quote is false and deliberately misinterpreted - Jerusalem Post were the first to produce the incorrect version and there's been a small chinese whisper effect since then. Read the original, it doesn't say they're members of Hamas, it says they're activists. Hamas claims anyone they've forced into voting for them is an activist. Israel seperates these from the Hamas millitant wing where the official Israeli claim 10 Hamas militants were killed.

I don't justify the live fire ether. But it's important to mention that rubber bullets and other riot control measures were used during the weeks leading to this incident. It is obvious that Hamas wasn't going to stop before it gets enough bodies to get an international condemnation against Israel. I wish IDF wouldn't give them that.

Every source is on the far right Israeli press.

Ynet is hardly right winged.

Healthy dose of skepticism is welcomed.
The paper heart in the background is one of the kites they use to deliver molotovs with. I don't know if this counts as "successful breach". They probably picked him up as he was trying to cross the fence, though I don't know the details.
Here is the full video - www.jerusalemonline.com....
If you still think it's staged, you are entitled to your own opinion. Seems authentic to me.

Found the original video. Doesn't say anything about activists. People in the comments are not trying to correct his alleged mistake too.

Just to toss this in the mix......Hamas when gaining political power and support for Iran came into Lebanon as killers and gangsters. They killed many in the highlands and drove them off their lands, turned what wasn't already into poppy fields.
Hamas are trash gangsters drug runners, killers, proxy anti Jew army supported by Iran. In large part pushers of H into western nations.

What's the real problem though?

There's a couple. Hamas and a few other groups have a strong grip on all of the Palestinian territories. How do you break that so that the common person and the moderate Palestinians can get a voice and work for peaceful solutions. Maybe give Palestinians a seat at the Hague and the UN and other international bodies...but Israel and the US Block that. Hmmm. I think we see the real problem.

Isreal and the US want Hamas in power and moderates without voice, so that Israel can continue to keep the palestinians down.

It's difficult to reason with people who can't understand why it is wrong to brutally slaughter people for no real reason other than they can get away with it. This psychopathic thinking seems to be common in this thread. A total lack of self awareness. It is textbook abnormal to think this way. Not really human. Sickening to observe.

There is some really bad evil going on in the ME.

People just now figuring that out. Israel is a part of the Middle East, so they are much like everyone else there. As typically extreme they may seem are on the moderate side of that compared to other ME areas/people, so one can guess just how bad a true extremist is. The problem is they need to deal with all that extremist directly and so it makes them bad too in the view of the West.

And the tragedy is that you are brainwashed enough not to believe it. Do some research.into.Palestinian culture. They have a cult of martyrdom.
