CNN just put out an exclusive on Trumps call with Canada's PM Trudeau. We will have to wait and see if it's fake news.

In response to Trudeau's questioning on why the tariffs on Canada are a 'national security' issue, Trump responds, "Hey, didn't you guys burn down the White House?"

Oh, Trump, he's such a stable genius. Only he would cite the war of 1812 in terms of a national security threat from Canada. Trudeau was probably speechless after that one!

The thing that I cannot grasp is that CNN's reports are disproportionately represented here. No one watches it that isn't forced to in an airport or a gym or a lounge. Personally I need more then 30 seconds devoted to a topic, if I had a teeeeveeee.

I've seen fox represented here, rarely CNBC, never ABC, CBS, NBC: of the teeeeeveeee mind control sources. I just can't get my head around "CNN is reporting" at this point in time as anything other then "desperate CIA operatives, clinging to jobs, work overtime to spout nonsense in an effort out themselves."

Which begs the question: why the hell is anyone referencing them as a source at all if no one is watching it and why do those who know it it evil use it as a source?

Trump had to use "national security" to make it harder for Congress to overturn them. Congress has the power to impose taxes, and tariffs are a form of taxation.
