There's still a major clog somewhere in DOJ's plumbing. McCabe was referred to Rosenstein (or Sessions?) for criminal prosecution by I.G. Horowitz on April 5th.

That clog needs to be rotor rooted out, or nothing will happen to any criminal that's referred after the next section of the I.G. report is released.
