Florida man charged with trying to 'barbecue' sex offenders at motel

The man allegedly told police he went to the Friendly Village Inn & Motel to "barbecue all the child molesters on fire and kill them."

The news station reported that at least two of the four victims are convicted sex offenders.

Witnesses said claimed Porto-Sierra was holding a cigarette during the incident, and hit a couple's car and poured gasoline on it. He's also accused of breaking a hotel window to pour gas inside the room.

Porto-Sierra told police he didn't act on his threats because they "got here too soon," according to WESH.

So....my questions here are how did this guy know there were child sex offenders at this particular motel, how did he know there were more than one, what were multiple child sex offenders doing at the same motel, and why is the news only covering that someone wanted to kill them???

This story seems odd in that they aren't covering all the questions that come from it. I can understand someone wanting to kill them, especially if he or a family member were molested at some point. What I don't understand is all the questions surrounding the story.

Seems he wanted to give them a taste of their afterlife...




But yes, many questions..

Here in Flori-Duh, anytime a Registered Sex Offender moves their residence they MUST notify local Law Enforcement of their new address and new contact number if those too change. There was a Registrant in the County next to this one who got sentenced to 15 years, must serve at least 10 years, for not notifying Law Enforcement over Labor Day weekend, He figured the cops were closed for the holiday. That 'may' have worked but he made a post to one of his "social media" accounts bragging of his 'putting one over the man' I don't know if that is the worst part, as a 'jilted baby's momma' forwarded all the particulars to the cops AND the Court.

Evidently he didn't reveal any of his past history and She didn't do a search prior to 'falling in Love'

They also do fliers and send notices to every residence near the new address. They also do an updated picture and keep it updated and also a picture(s) of any tattoo(s)

Once a year the newspaper will have a section that is both alphabetical and then a map w/each Registrant's "horsepower" name, address, phone number etc.

There is one street that there are like 5 or 6 in the same house... Right across the street is a little kid that uses crutches and can't communicate but it has been 3+ years and I haven't heard of anything from that area.


So, sometimes a group of neighbors will come together and put enough heat on whomever and then the Registrants seem to gravitate to the same few areas where they're 'accepted' usually on the outskirts of town but close enough to keep their registration up to snuff.

Some view neighbors such as these as the ultimate NIMBY• Not In My Back Yard (pun intended)

I agree that there are many questions to be answered. I would be interested in having those answers.
It makes me wonder if “The Child Molesters” effected him directly.

Usually these types of hotels rent rooms by the week, and a sex offender would be required to list this as his address, which is then published for public record. Im guessing thats hiw he knew this. And some people think they can act out their crazy fantasies is the guise of doing good, like this guy did by playing vigilante. Hes probably the sickest one in this scenario.

And I am glad I live in GA....I buy houses and use that map a lot.

That is exactly what I was thinking. This BBQ sauce ingredients need to be made public. I can even think of a brand name for it. BBQ offenders anonymous.

Multiple child molesters and HE is the sickest one? WTF?

You must not have children.

There's something wrong with multiple offenders living at the same motel....definitely more to this story.

When they get 'grouped' they're usually 'fresh out the Pen' and their Parole Officer will 'stack 'em' this is to put a few of Your charges in the same place during the transition. (Makes it easier on the P.O.)

Like I typed, area residents will get together and put pressure on the State to get these guys out of their neighborhoods, and until they re-offend or IF they re-offend they have to live somewhere...

I just sent the reporter an email asking if she knew what the 4 sleaze bags were doing at the motel.
I can't see 4 pedos getting together at a motel just to hang out.
There has to be a reason behind this gathering.
If the reporter has any information of interest I'll copy and paste.
But she most likely has no more info than what is in the article, which is mainly th police report.
