Fox Host SNAPS, Can't Take Trump's Constant Lies Anymore

My goodness, Fox news... you continue to surprise.



Cavuto isn't having it anymore and he didn't hold back:

Cavuto’s criticism of Trump came in response to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani saying that Trump reimbursed personal attorney Michael Cohen for paying adult-film star Stormy Daniels $US130,000 to keep quiet about an affair she says she had with the president. Giuliani’s revelation came weeks after Trump denied knowledge of the payment.

“Let me be clear, Mr. President,” Cavuto said. “How can you drain the swamp if you’re the one that keeps muddying the waters? You didn’t know about the $US130,000 payment to a porn star until you did. That’s your stink, Mr. President. That’s your swamp.”

Part of Cavuto’s commentary included a list of claims Trump has made that have later been proved false or inaccurate in the first place.

It's been one heck of a 'storm' of a scandal facing Trump and Cohen. Trump was publicly undermined by his attorney Rudy Giuliani on Friday on the payment made to Stormy Daniels. Trump claimed he had no idea of the payment to Stormy Daniels, Giuliani contradicted him. Trump then admitted to authorizing the payoff to Stormy Daniels, but... get this.... claimed it had nothing to do with any sexual encounter or affair, and the payment was not connected with the campaign. He was just being a nice guy you know? Giving out cash to a porn actress. It's an adventure of contradictions.

But you know so what? He cheated on his then heavily pregnant wife, had an affair with a porn actress. This has no impact on his presidency right? So why the lies? Because this issue is evidently far more damaging than what it's worth.

Trump clearly has some support in the US (although some, like Cavuto) are beginning to see through the bluster; but in the rest of the world, he is seen for the buffoon he is.

One example would be his current obsession with trying to depict London as some kind of crime hell-hole to appease NRA nuts.

All Cavuto could talk about for 18 months was tax cuts.. when is it coming, when is it coming... then when they came he realised that rich people got a tax increase and the money went to the middle class and corporations and he got pissed. Real pissed.

It's a sad world when I have to start a reply with a disclaimer.

I like fox news. Check my post history I always say that I watch both cnn and fox and that they both have truth and lies in them.
And I am not an anti-trumper.


But that is the most honest I have ever seen a fox commentator when talking about trump.

I laugh when I hear people saying Fox is pro-trump.

They're anything BUT pro-trump. They might be pro-republican 'establishment', but they're certainly not pro-Trump.

FOX is no different then all the other media hacks. They just wear a different colored arm band is all.

Cavuto has never liked Trump. You can usually figure this out within a few minutes any time he is on the air, which is why I always change the station as soon as he comes on anymore.
