A father talking to his son, when his son asks a question -
"Dad, if there's so much evil in the world, how do we go about changing it?"
"Well son, sometimes we have to make hard decisions, sometimes we have to stand up against the evil in the world, sometimes we even have to go to war,
and fight for what we believe in and ensure our nation and world stay the best place possible. We do this to protect our families, our way of life. We
do it in the name of our gracious God, who has blessed us as a people, we do it for future generations, we also do this for peace. The road to peace
is quite unfortunately not so peaceful, as there are those whom do not wish to have a conversation, those who do not wish to make amends and those who
will stop at nothing to destroy our way of life" - he replies.
Origin - every country ever involved in war.
There's better roads and paths than what any war-waging country has taken - and it's never too late to change. Just look at the Korean nations right
now, willing to sit down and talk about peace. No one nation is the good guy, no one nation is the bad guy - everyone is simply doing what they've
been taught to do, possibly programmed to do.
This also isn't about what one president did, or what another didn't - this is about the type of progress we should all applaud, regardless of
partisanship. There are so many topics, so many forms of progress that we could achieve if we would just be willing to listen. If we would just be
willing to look for peace, rather than war.
It's time to make changes for the better - if the Korean nations sign this treaty, let us all applaud a world that is becoming better, and demand such
changes become the norm.
