According to sources, the Justice Department will unveil more text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page tonight or by Wednesday.

Both defrocked FBI executives were demoted after a few hundred text messages were released between the duo, making fun of President Donald Trump and making negative remarks about GOP voters.

Of course, the partisan duo who previously worked on U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump Russia probe, made glowing references to Hillary Clinton.

But for months inside FBI sources said those messages were the proverbial tip of the iceberg, compared to thousands of other texts captured from conversations.

Lol, these guys had nothing better to do than to text each other all day every day? Thousands more on top of the thousands that have already been released. Can you say "bread and circus"?

I'd like to know just how many texts there are in all just so I can do the math and see just how impossibly much they were texting each other while doing everything else they had to do.

Cant help but wonder why the doj and fbi waited so long to do this.

I mean, they surely have nothing to hide, right?

Anyways, for those who feel the fbi did wrong and for those that feel they did no wrong, all should be happy that these are going to be shown to congress.

I dont think they should be messing around to maximize the effect for the 2018 election.

I want justice and the truth, not just "my side" to win elections.

My bet is it shows absolutely no corroboration of them having an affair and that was the cover story to kick them.

Sad part is that this entire time has been a cover for them to get their stories down based on the texts and give them the ability to spin it in some manner.

Any more info on what time-frame these text messages were transmitted between the two? I hope they are after 1/20/2017. If so, YES..they could potentially contain a MOAB!

Actually...in an odd twist I just thought about....could the cover of their relationship have possibly been so they could marry and not have to testify against one another? Isn't that card almost as good as attorney client privilege?

I actually agree they should move faster.

But we are talking about what they ARE doing.

Since we have no control, all we can do is watch and observe and call them out ourselves ahead of indictments.

And remember too, Trump is up against hundreds of "unloyalists" still in high positions at the DOJ.

Many have gone semi-dormant and are afraid of getting exposed.

Depends in what's in the text, if they can be explained in a way to make it innocuous they wouldn't need to. If they're too damning them testifying against each other would likely serve no purpose, as they will have all they need to prosecute. If there is suggestion to im implicate others they wouldn't testify against each other, unless one is not cooperative and the other decides to throw them under the bus and play the unwilling participant card.
