My goal of this thread is stated in the original post i know its all been posted before however if there is new information about a new MK Ultra program it would be nice to trace it down this topic is interesting to me, just not spending thousands of hours on it.

And yet you posted a reply just to highlight your 2nd post which was being asked about.

Telling me to breath doesn't help with that cryptic post you wanted people to address.

What you asked for was posted in the 4th post, 2 links.

I replied about your 2nd post you wanted people to address, it gets addressed and you are asked what you are talking about because its vague.

You reply with talk of Buddhist masters and telepathy.

You talk about a real proven thing that isn't talked about or documented which is sort of contradictory.

Some illuminated Pyramid and other cryptic stuff that leaves one to start assuming what it is you want to discuss.


I replied like another poster did asking you to expand on that which you want to discuss and asked readers to 'pick up on'.


Now 3 replies later and you still cannot answer what you want to discuss, what that 2nd post means that no one picked up on.

Let me start by asking direct questions so I can at least start to make sense of what you are on about.

PA is that an abbreviation for the state of Pennsylvania?

If so, there is a small pyramid there where light is worshiped studied and practiced?

I get worshiping light, anyone can worship whatever they please.

But how does one practice light, what does that even mean?

I was really shocked to see that on the first thread.

I'd ask my deck too, but I don't use them to belittle or discredit people online. Unless directly asked I keep my tarot readings and what I think of them to myself.

Not to be too mean to either poster, I understand why they called the OP out. On the other hand- I love how every couple of years or so there is a great "I was involved in the monarch project" thread that gives me great entertainment and curiosity.

OK i am alluding to the fact that telepathy is a real thing and not just metaphysical mishmash and that it can be used in projects that evolved from the likes of MK ultra & Monarch.

Some of the abilities in subjects that were exposed during the project brought to light that practical application was determined a valuable asset.

I want people that are experience'rs speaking up.

I already regret that I posted here, what I typed down here was basically a waste of time as soon as this thread get´s pushed to the trash bin.

Was in for some interesting discussion about mind control that is proofeable and repeatable. Instead it´s now telepathy, pyramids and all over the place.

We may have the option of choosing some bits, but it does not change the fact, that we are not even human anymore.

You control your own mind, it takes massive amounts of practice, otherwise your just an animal and its all an illusion.

Telepathy is real or a very real possibility and quite probable with where we are technologically.

We already have devices that can interact with just our minds alone.

I believe scientists in Brazil were the first to create an interface where a monkey was performing tasks on a screen with a joystick, they hooked up the monkey to read its brain waves and were able to decipher a pattern in which they implement into technology and allow the monkey to perform the same task on the screen but without a joystick and only its mind.

I believe this type of telepathy, communicating with technology via the mind will eventually be all around us in the near future, the next decade or 2.

However, voice to skull and the conspiracy side of it doesn't sound logical to me, yes I entertain the possibility but its just that language is so much more complex in terms of processes of the mind compared to simple movements to interact with objects.

With language comes interpretation and emotion which is something that from a technological point of view doesn't sound plausible.

We can be programmed and triggered to react in certain ways via hypnosis but I think telepathy to be used for mind control purposes doesn't work because many factors involved.

But if its not technology telepathy and more of a mind to mind telepathy you have in mind then I think until we can discover where consciousness comes from any attempt at investigating telepathy will always hit a brick wall.


MK Ultra was about drugs and its effects and if it could help in any given way towards the interests of the CIA.

Monarch I believe was about programing individuals to be Manchurian candidates and techniques involved include abuse to break ones mind and create a split in which could be programmed and triggered to act.

however if there is new information about a new MK Ultra program it would be nice to trace it down this topic is interesting to me

I read a post in a thread the other day talking about Q. and how its the name of a new project that is a continuation of MK ultra or something like that.


However, anything official about these programs is available and I don't think anything new that is concrete is out there, only speculation.

But still its interesting to entertain.

There a few ATS members that claim they are victims of voice to skull tech and being harassed and gang stalked.

I personally don't think that ATS is the correct avenue for someone with such distress to take.

Yeah it makes interesting reading but if the person is for real and experiencing voices and what they perceive as harassment from external sources it will only make things worse for them to discuss this here on ATS.

I don't want this to become a therapy session either but i believe the drugs, hypno & techno aspects have become obsolete when you can train someone to literally take over or directly influence another person MK was back in the seventies im sure it's progressed to a whole new level.

So your good faith tells you that they must have progressed to that level by now or are you saying, this was the case in the 70´s? Either way, how would that work. Please explain, since you seem to know.

Im saying that the drug hypnosis techno procedures that were used in the 70's are now obsolete and new techniques are being used on a massive scale & don't even ask just take a comparative look at 10-15 years ago to today..... just really look.

I think the main reason you do not hear about this more is that because many of those who are used are dead already with these type of 'projects'. Whenever I hear a story about someone who escaped and is on the internet talking about it I have caution but sometimes it is the only outlet that they have if alone and no one would listen.

Believe none of what you see and half of what you hear...what you read is subject to perception.
