The problem with a new system is what we replace it with. Out of all the human revolutions out there, how many actually ended up working out in the best interests of the people?

Almost none is the answer, so what reason do we have to believe this one would? And in day and age in which most young people wrongly think that socialism is just "sharing," what reason do we have to think that the chosen replacement system actually would be new, too? I hold out little hope of that.

From the Fox News article on these new texts being sent to congress....

The committees that have received the messages from the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General include the House Judiciary Committee the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

Is it normal for these texts to be sent to 5 committees? What are the implications from that? Seems like more exposure than usual...
