I'm concerned that this isn't, as far as the hotel is concerned, the item being referenced.

What would other potential possibilities be?

It looks like some kind of weird penthouse construction. Those almost look like trees.

So it looks like the 'sky event'. I had been thinking about that phrase but thinking was too narrow.

"Sky Event" fits the bill considering this hotel...IF the meeting takes place on the roof.
Since its a boat (with the sea juxtaposed behind it..."Watch The Water" fits too.

Interesting that the Sands Bay Hotel roof...where the "EVENT" will take place...is called "The SKYpark"

From a layman's perspective, that building looks like a good location to keep secure:

Limited access from the 3 buildings beneath,
2 Helicopter pads for secure arrival/departure; one for POTUS one for Kim?
Air cover from the trees, whilst making the meet look like "a walk in the park"

Yeah, it's getting pretty old how leaking is being used to subvert the law and the truth. Maybe Lance will weigh in here,are lawyers allowed to use "evidence" that they attained from a leak ? Is it illegal for him to even have these bank records?

I think this is my first #shoutout on ATS, thanks Mountain! Good thing I scrolled back enough pages to catch up.

The answer, like so much in the law, is that it would depend on the nature of the evidence, what forum it was being used in (criminal, civil, administrative), what purpose it was being used for, and whether or not the lawyer could lay a proper foundation for it (is it genuine).

The starting point for all evidence is that "relevant evidence is admissible" unless there's a reason why it isn't admissible (such as it's cumulative of other evidence; it's "probative value is outweighed by the prejudice it may cause"; or if it can't be proven genuine). States vary in their rules of evidence, but this principal is pretty universal.

I would suspect but can't speak to the idiotic rulings many judges make, that a lawyer could not get anonymously leaked documents into evidence because there wouldn't be a witness to testify that the documents are genuine and unaltered, or that the contents of the document are true and accurate (two different things, and it can take multiple people to authenticate a document sometimes).

But as we've seen, judges can and do ignore the law all the time to promote their *usually liberal* agenda.

I can't speak to whether it's illegal or not to possess the bank records.

Man I think just the opposite: Instead of one ground floor access point to protect, there's three; and if they hold it in that ship on top it would seem vulnerable to a missile of some kind.

Thanks yes that looks like it but the circles/stars were above and beneath the V. Like some kind shield of protection. Though it's kinda strange that i described a similar symbol i have never seen before since now. I really appreciate all your help.

I was concerned about a push from the top until I looked closely. That wall is nearly twice the height of the people.
