When I go to that 8ch forum, almost every post is from "Anonymous", but clearly it's many different posters. Is there some way to see other posts from this particular "Anonymous"? I want to get a feel for his/her history in order to know if I should get excited over his/her theory, or blow it off.
When your eyes/ears are open do you find certain info or does the info find you? Many new faces here! Welcome to the show! We need more to come forward and testify to this movement. Look around you the show has started.
Wow. Missed this one on Infinity. That resonates with me heavily
Knowing what you know now.

Authentic.
Why is Sec of State there?
WHY IS THE EU / OTHERS PRESSING TO REMAIN IN THE DEAL?
Think logically.
France & Germany came to the WH for the sole purpose of pressing POTUS to remain in the deal.

POTUS deCLAS Syria/Iran + U1 connection.
Where does EU fit in?
SICK!
Q
Now that some cameras (such as Nikon's new Coolpix P6000) have built-in GPS radios that automatically capture data about where exactly a photo was taken, you can use one in conjunction with Google Earth and other tools to start building an entire world full of images.
Google Earth incorporates several different ways to explore traditional "ground level" photographs of the world. But the folks at Metal Toad Media have taken the entire catalog of the Flickr photo-sharing site and implemented it as a Google Earth-compatible feed. You can see user-uploaded images of the Grand Canyon, for instance, that will have you virtually standing on the edge of a precipice. In August, Flickr boasted an incredible "3.2 million things geotagged this month," so adding its content to Google Earth brings a vast assortment of images from areas you might wish to explore.

(Bolding of typo is mine)
Input parameters
First I replaced "IS" with "ARE" to correct the typo
GRID 12x38 - from timestamp hrs:mins
KEYWORD - SYRIAIRAN+U1 - Why? Because preceded by POTUS deCLAS and because same length as grid width
Result
On the Green diagonal, per COVFEFE method - but reversed as shown to work with other typo.
"KVWCIOLIVSTD"
Interpretation
KVW - file format for Google Earth workspace! See Whatis.techtarget.com link
CIO - Chief information Officer (basically IT director)
LIV - Live?
STD - Standard?
Having found KVW was to do with Google Earth, I did a search on "Google Earth CIO" and this www.cio.com link came up = "10 Great Google Earth Add-Ons You Don't Want to Miss"

Conclusions
a) If we use a combination of Image Search and Google Earth with above "Add-on", we may be able to quickly identify exactly where a photograph in Q posts was taken from!!
b) the GPS coordinates of pictures will be stored in the picture files - we just have to find them. I've done a search for "gps" within a .PNG file and it is followed by a 7 or 8 ASCII character string which when converted to decimal comes out with a 20 digt number (10 for latitude, 10 for longitude).
I WILL test finding (b) on a pic from a Q post and see what location is thrown up!!

Geotagging can be turned off, just like on mobile devices.

The US State Department freezed financing the White Helmets, which had been working in war-torn Syria, the US TV channel CBS reported on May 3. According to CBS, the US government accounted for about a third of the overall funding of White Helmets. CBS stressed that “the US State Department said the support is ‘under active review,’” adding that the organization had not been receiving financial funds from Washington for several weeks already. The leader of White Helmets Raed Saleh stated that there had been no signs of stopping the financing two months ago during the visit of the organization’s members to the US, CBS reported. “Our meetings in March were very positive. There were even remarks from senior officials about long-term commitments even into 2020,” Saleh said. “There were no suggestions whatsoever about stopping support.” “Ultimately, this will negatively impact the humanitarian workers ability to save lives,” claimed the White Helmets official quoted by CBS.
