I am just wondering what ats considers being published to mean in the terms and conditions relating to the prediction forums.

IMO These days with the web and such i do believe that the term has taken on a new life.

I purpose a possible exception to the refereed rules and that would be a verbal waiver to any who have made predictions on ats that have come true.???

This is in relation the the predictions and dreams vs predictions and prophecies forums.

Reason for stating such is that i believe that publish can now refer to any website or flyer in circulation.

Thank you for your time to read and possible consideration in this area.

Predictions and Prophecies Forum Guidelines

This forum is for the discussion of predictions from previously-published clairvoyants (with links), ancient prophecies, and not the random posting of member's predictions. Personal member predictions should be posted on the BTS forum DREAMS & PERSONAL PREDICTIONS.

I predict that it would be a difference between professional and amateur seers. Miss Cleo would go in one, crazy aunt Norma would go in the other. Think of it akin to Wikipedia’s publishment requirements to significance. That I have cohosted numerous radio shows, some even simulcasted over air on terrestrial radio, I still do not qualify as significant enough for a Wikipedia page because it is ATS related and not the same level as say Rush Limbaugh as a radio personality. Even traditional publishing doesn’t count if self published.

If that makes any sense.

It makes total sense and that is why i suggested a waiver for any among us on ats that have actually predicted an event before hand.

I totally see the reasons that things are set up the way they are.
