I think it is a Asellus aquaticus is a freshwater crustacean resembling a woodlouse. It is known by common names including "waterlouse", "aquatic sowbug" and "water hoglouse".

Sorry, i have no clue about the worms.

As far i can tell their are at least two species...
- The ground wiggelers
- The crawl and rarely swim around types
