The Russian military command suddenly puts troops on full combat alert, movements of combat vehicles and missile systems observe almost all over the country.
An activity of Russian troops is most notable in the Western part of Russia, near the borders with Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, as well as in the Transbaikal region and the Far East. On April 8-9 active movements of a large number of military vehicles and tanks, also were seen moving of the Iskander missile systems with Air Defence support.
Some source reported about deploying command and control systems on main military naval bases and military airfields.
Russian defence officials refused to comment on any moving of troops.
Some experts attribute this to the fear of a possible US and NATO invasion of Syria after an alleged chemical attack on a Syrian rebel-held town.
It should be reminded that Ukraine’s Defenсe Minister Stepan Poltorak said in an interview that Russia has concentrated 19 battalion tactical groups of more than 77,000 troops near the Ukrainian. At the moment, the government in Kyiv is ramping up its fight to reclaim Ukraine’s restive eastern regions, at the same time Russia has deployed 77,000 troops along its border with Ukraine, included modern main battle tanks. missile systems and combat aircraft.

They originally said six of 8. Israeli strike packages have worked on every mission they've done over Syria.

Israel actually.
Dont go down that road. Israel is a sovereign country. However if you wish we can apply that same idiotic standard to Russia if you wish.
Dont go down that road. Israel is a sovereign country. However if you wish we can apply that same idiotic standard to Russia if you wish. Like how Syria is using chemical weapons on civilians with the assistance and approval of russia.

If the Syrians are guilty of a gas attack on their own people where is the irrefutable, incontrovertible proof that it was the Syrian govt and not Israel or the US doing it and blaming the Syrian govt for it.
Come on, where is the proof, the proof, the proof, the proof ????

Trump will have his war because that's what Bolton will tell him to do. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

Might be a good time to start investing in defense contractors...
The RTN shares I purchased several years back are worth more than twice what I paid for them. That is a pretty significant gain for stock
Unfortunately I believe you're correct here, and we're going to get bogged down in another war that does nothing for our national security or advancing our national strategic interests. Total waste of money, effort and human life.
Not to be overly blunt, but Syria isn't our problem. And if we're going to start putting down every dictator that commits atrocities against their own people then we've got a list a mile long (starting with NK, Venezuela, China, etc).
I say let somebody else deal with it.
