It's a conspiracy because it's an implausible, unproven theory seemingly designed solely to smear democrats.
If there were truly child sex rings all over America there would be some proof, and everyone would know someone involved. Of the thousands of people I've known in my life, none of them Have ever mentioned anything about child trafficking.
Churches are the only place in the US where this has been proven to happen, and coincidentally religious people in other countries abuse children regularly, mostly Muslims.

cite and prove that those statistics have not been massaged. prove that anything trump has done has actually caused any of these changes, once you prove they actually exist.
until then, yes, it is a fringe right-wing conspiracy theory. the fact that you got roseanne to pimp it doesn't make it more credible. if anything, the absolute opposite... she's well known at this point for nonsense.

The burden is on that asinine poster to prove the statistics on human trafficking arrests are NOT a result of Trump's concerted efforts to crack down on human trafficking.
For reasons both economic and legal, the media can only report stories that are true and verifiable.

The media will run with a head line story until they are caught, and forced to change their narrative with a retraction in small print on the back page. Got it.
Stills kills your whole verifiable argument.

For reasons both economic and legal, the media can only report stories that are true and verifiable. QAnon is not constrained in this way. Since there are no oficial statistics about human trafficking arrests for 2017, the graph in the OP is completely bogus. QAnon is a [HOAX!], as has been demonstrated countless times.
Alt-right trolls are doing a great disservice by making false claims about human trafficking. By floating hoax after hoax, they are creating the impression that the entire thing is a hoax. This only serves as a smoke screen for the real criminals. Remember the "Satanic child abuse" panic of the '80's? It almost makes one think that #pizzagate and QAnon were created by pedophile rings as a diversionary tactic.
Pedophilia in high places is, unfortunately, a thing.

Provide one example, please. Repeated headline, small retraction. Just one from anywhere but Fox.

An earlier version of this story erroneously said that Joaquín Guzmán was found in bed with his secretary. He was found with his wife. This version has been corrected.
