even if he 100% vandalized the car and they knew it. even if he did not obey and he ran.

you dont deserve to get #ing shot and killed because you vandalized a car and did not obey the cops and ran instead.

thats crazy

They were too serious over attempted robbery with no definite suspect

never took time to collect facts or evidence

adrenaline junkies

this might be overlooked if we were talking about violence but we are talking but just a phone call with no real crime identified

im with you man.
vandalized is what the article said.

either way they didnt know for sure it was him. even if they did know for sure you dont deserve to die for it.

seems like trigger happy # to me

Just a man hanging out in his own backyard from what i gathered.

If he was "just hanging out" in his "own backyard", then why did he run from the cops into another yard. It's beyond me why these guys run away from the police if they have nothing to hide.

not hanging in his back yard but when the shooters found him he was standing in grandmas driveway then when asked to see his hands he ran to back yard where police followed took cover poked head out seen suspects phone(likely recording them) they shot the cell holding perp 20 times. The rest is speculation at this time and there very well could have been someone else climbing fences and such.

What needs to be fixed is how the cops respond to crime reports, not the reporting of crimes.

That's what I meant.

thanks for posting it.

perhaps someone could tell us whats in it.

i do not watch murder porn.

what i am wondering is if the suspect in the helicopter video is the same as in the body cam video and if suspect was recording on his own phone.

This makes me think of Cartman with a badge & gun.... Actually a lot of these shootings seem to parallel that kind of thinking when you look at it.

And yet did not employ the spotlight to assist the officers on the ground?

There's a pretty bright assed light coming out of the sky, what do you suppose that's from?

At 1:14 in the CNN posted video, the “bright assed light” the brightest light shining when the shots are fired, is from the police officer’s tactical flashlight.

Yea.

Namely because the orbiting airship had moved on the other side of the house while flying in a circle. The question I was replying to was why wasn’t the helo using its light.

It was. The helo wasn’t hovering, so the light moved.

If true they killed an unarmed man in his own back yard, I hope the people raising hell burn down the city hall, burn down the courthouse, and burn down the police station instead of looting and burning down their own damn community.

Or, at the very least, raise hell in the more affluent neighborhoods instead of their own.

It worked with opioids. Wasn't such a big deal when it was just impoverished minorities dying on the street from heroin but, as soon as it became a white middle-class epidemic, it became a national priority.

Get the middle and upper classes (as a whole) to care, and changes will happen.

Get the cops to start randomly killing the white middle and upper income people and changes will happen!

Until then, nothing changes!
White people tend to obey the cops, and stop and not run and resist arrest.

The recordings begin with a man calling 911 to report a man in a hoodie and dark pants breaking car windows. The officer in the helicopter spots Clark running and walking through backyards, and tells officers on the ground that the suspect has just used a "toolbar" to break the window of a residence.

It is terrible that they gunned him down but even more terrible is the coverage and the way the facts come forth. To me this shows that it was clark that done dirt and if not for the heli video we would see sac town burnin down. I still believe it could have been handled different by the ground support but i also believe this is why i do not go around doing dirt myself.

Please do think of the mentality of a man that breaks into stuff then tries to film the popo as he is being called out. To put it simply he was unrepentant. I feel bad that he is dead but as i was taught when younger if you dabble in shat you will get it on you.

The stupid msm reporters should now be held accountable for running a story claiming that he was just chillin in his driveway when they first contacted him. Without telling the reader that those responders had much more info that the msm did not pass on for the most part.

An independent autopsy report was just released.

The autopsy was performed by the doctor who discovered CTE, the brain degenerating disease first found in professional football players, and was the basis for the movie “Concussion”.

The autopsy found that Stephon Clark was shot a total of eight times.

Seven of those were from behind; six in his back, one in his neck.

The eighth wound was to his left thigh, which, the doctor claims was facing the police when the opened fire.

Was Clark left, or right-handed?

Because, if he was right-handed, with his left side facing the police, how could they have seen what most likely would have been in his right hand to assume it was a gun?

And, if there was something in Clark’s right hand, he could not have been aiming at the officers who were on his left side unless he turned to his left.

Per the autopsy, any one of the shots to Mr. Clark’s back or the one to his neck could have been the cause of death.

Clark could have lived up to ten minutes after being shot. The police delayed their approach to Clark for five minutes out of concern that he might still be armed.

The fact that all but one of the bullets fired by the police hit Mr. Clark in the back is said to call into question the SPD assertion that Clark was advancing towards the police officers and forced them to fire in self defense.
