House Judiciary Committee Subpoenas Documents Related to Hillary - FISA Abuses - McCabe.

If Rod Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions are willing to "play ball", this subpoena will mark a major turning point in House Investigations of laws allegedly broken by Hillary Clinton, the Obama admin FISA scandal, and what McCabe did wrong while FBI Director under Obama.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte subpoenaed the Justice Department on Thursday for documents regarding the charging decisions in the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server, potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the recommendation from the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility to fire former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Goodlatte, R-Va., penned a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Thursday, attached to the document subpoena.

Goodlatte requested documents related to the Clinton email investigation and noted that only a “fraction” of those documents had been produced, with “no documents” provided related to the request on potential FISA abuses.

“Given the Department’s ongoing delays in producing these documents, I am left with no choice but to issue the enclosed subpoena to compel production of these documents,” Goodlatte wrote.

Note: The House Judiciary Committee chairman, Jason Chaffetz, subpoenaed the FBI's Hillary Clinton Criminal Investigation documents in October 2016, but FBI head James Comey, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, told him to go suck an egg. (That's what Jason said on Fox News, two days ago.)

Hopefully, Rosenstein and Sessions will be more amicable to the request than Comey and Lynch were.

Besides their facades (abortion / gun positions, identity politics) they're the same creature that collude as one to maintain the same overall status quo of corruption and division.

The wording excited me a bit but I wasn't sure if the reply was standard or not, but CTH just dropped a post that says with the mention of "Grand Jury" from the DOJ in their response to the subpoena it almost certainly means that at least one GJ has been impaneled.

I'm miffed by how there are at least 3 investigative committees investigating the same things. The DOJ's OIG investigation already has the documents that Congress wants. The Office of Inspector General started their investigation in January 2017, and those documents were already "in house" at the FBI.

That article does a good job of drawing various clues and evidence together. A Grand Jury is most likely already empaneled and investigation Obama era (alleged) criminal activities by top people in his administration.

I haven't clicked on many of the "sealed indictments" listings in this Google Drive folder, but several people in another forum have. They say that some top Obama Admin people have sealed indictments pending.

How absurd is it for CNN to call anyone else "state run news" after 8 years of being white house propaganda for Obama and then desperately trying to help Hillary get elected? The network is basically just an extension of the DNC.
