i was watching the 'presidents' sales pitch for the social security reform or whatever he thinks he is doing(hes really a puppet.. hehe) and one person asked him something like, "what is social security?" well bush froze up and started saying nonsense. he was obviously not ready for the question and he struggled to make his nonsence sound good(to himself). now ive been trying to find the actual question that was asked and the answer that lil' dubyah gave in a text form or better yet, a movie clip. that would make an excellent post for these fine people on ATS. i couldnt stop laughing at him. it was a must for those anti-bush. can any of you fact hounds find me this info? ive searched and searched... cant find squat on it. any help would be much appreciated and i hope to repay the help at anytime. thanx

is this what your looking for

"Because the -- all which is on the table begins to address the big cost drivers. For example, how benefits are calculate, for example, is on the table; whether or not benefits rise based upon wage increases or price increases.

There's a series of parts of the formula that are being considered. And when you couple that, those different cost drivers, affecting those -- changing those with personal accounts, the idea is to get what has been promised more likely to be -- or closer delivered to what has been promised.

"Does that make any sense to you? It's kind of muddled. Look, there's a series of things that cause the -- like, for example, benefits are calculated based upon the increase of wages, as opposed to the increase of prices. Some have suggested that we calculate -- the benefits will rise based upon inflation, as opposed to wage increases.

There is a reform that would help solve the red if that were put into effect. In other words, how fast benefits grow, how fast the promised benefits grow, if those -- if that growth is affected, it will help on the red.

Okay, better? I'll keep working on it. (Laughter.)

Bush in Tampa, Florida:

Maybe Mr. Shaw missed the president in Tampa recently where, when asked how his proposal would save Social Security, offered this honest, straightforward reply:

"Because the - all which is on the table begins to address the big cost drivers. For example, how benefits are calculated, for example, is on the table; whether or not benefits rise based upon wage increases or price increases. There's a series of parts of the formula that are being considered. And when you couple that, those different cost drivers, affecting those - changing those with personal accounts, the idea is to get what has been promised more likely to be - or closer delivered to what has been promised."

Bush's performance here has been evaluated from incomprehensible (at its kindest) to indicative of a level of dementia (at its most realistic).

But he does pretend to be the POTUS, and is respected by 51% of Americans, according to about 3% of Americans.

Masked, that's priceless.
Reminds me of that old commercial on tv; See what happens to your brains when you're on drugs (while 2 eggs fry).
Seriously, i'm embarrased, and i lack a bit in the English department also.

there is something wrong with that man
