Inside the Q group: Daily Beast
Fifteen months into a wide-ranging investigation by the agency’s counterintelligence arm, known as Q Group, and the F.B.I., officials still do not know whether the N.S.A. is the victim of a brilliantly executed hack, with Russia as the most likely perpetrator, an insider’s leak, or both.

Re #895
"Don't drop the soap" is prison metaphor for bending over.
So it's saying "You're buggered if you don't get a grip"?
It's also something one would say to someone on their way to prison.
Yes. Similar to Q telling Snowden to "Be sure to comb your hair". (For the arrest photo, I presumed.)

Slightly disconcerting that the ones who controlled and controls data collection and cyber intelligence, are the ones claiming benevolence. Trust the plan.....

When I read the articles last year I read it as a 'hit piece' on the NSA mocking their inability to track down the Shadow Brokers' which came after Snowden. And we have long known NYT and Wapo are in bed with CIA.

Right now, I am glad that the NSA and CIA don't get along, but it really shouldn't be that way.

Who is this Arab guy that hands out golden boats (they are dhows) to the likes of Snowden and Steve Forbes?
