It largely depends on where you are and where/how central server(s) of demanded service are hosted.

US internet is for 99% "kill switch" ready. UK, France, Italy and Germany probably also, but I'm not sure. In CZ it would require SWAT teams to kill genies in 3 - 5 locations ...

Or clowns will activate bomb in Cisco/whatever structural black box and we are off globally ...

I'm thankful not to be in that crowd. I know a few of them. Anytime I've tried to talk with them about politics and/or Christianity I'm usually met with an angry response. I don't understand why some people are not willing to engage in a meaningful conversation and take an unbiased look at the facts. The search for truth and the discovery of it is a very rewarding adventure.
