Christopher Steele Claimed DNC ‘Hack’ Involved Russian Agents ‘Within the Democratic Party’

On July 26, 2016, after WikiLeaks disseminated the D.N.C. e-mails, Steele filed yet another memo, this time claiming that the Kremlin was “behind” the hacking, which was part of a Russian cyber war against Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Many of the details seemed far-fetched: Steele’s sources claimed that the digital attack involved agents “within the Democratic Party structure itself,” as well as Russian émigrés in the U.S. and “associated offensive cyber operators.”

I'm calling it right now: They're going to claim that Seth Rich was a Russian agent, and probably Julian Assange and Kim DotCom too. Then they'll take an attitude like, "Rich was a Russian traitor, so serves him right that he was murdered."

Of course, if they go that route, how can anyone ever trust the DNC again? Who else in that party may still be a Russian agents?

They've spent all this time ginning up fear and anti-Russian animus and now they want to openly admit they were infiltrated?

Or are we going to see their neat little Civil War move into the open with a new "red scare" and the serious purging of the party will begin?

They've already put JA and KDC in those spheres. Would be equally as tragic if SR is as well.

So much is wrong with that man's death.

No no one is going to claim that because the man was murdered in a botched robbery attempt. So no this theory gets flushed now. It's poo poo.
Lol

Steele also produced a memo claiming Putin rejected Mitt Romney as SOS and instead approved Tillerson vlads good friend and confidant.
How does that sit with you?

It sits the same way the rest of Steele's work does. It's garbage. Steele is a paid hack, producing "evidence" that was commissioned by his employers (the Democratic Party).

Seriously, anyone who thinks there was any chance at all Trump was going to nominate Mitt Romey for trash collector, let alone SOS, clearly does not have even the slightest understanding of American politics over the last few years.

There are so many questionable links to HRC and her operation that will have to be looked at and questions answered . Don't for a moment think that this wont lead further to shining light or more light on the five eyes ...

Even the wackos who are far-left enough to go and sit through a taping of The View agree with you. When Condi Rice told Adam Schiff to wrap it up, they applauded.

That may be. The point though was that even The View audience members are sick of the Trump-Russia myth. The Democrats are killing themselves clinging to it when even that audience cheers for a "wrap it up" on that.

Figures. Russian Collusion ranks dead last in every poll asking Americans what they're concerned about.

Really, this is a lot like the fiasco when the Republicans impeached Clinton. No matter how much they tried to dress it up, the simple truth was they were impeaching him because he lied about getting blowjobs from his intern. It was a lame and pathetic reason, and even most Republicans knew it, even if they wouldn't say so publicly. And it ended up hurting Republicans.

Similarly, the Democrats are obviously trying to undermine Trump because they're unhappy that he won instead of Hillary. There hasn't been even an anonymous leak implicating Trump in any actual crime, and attempts to spin stuff like the firing of Comey as obstruction of justice just serve to underline how they're looking for excuses to attack him, and aren't interested in a genuine investigation. Meanwhile, most Americans just want Muller and the Dems to STFU and stop chasing boogeymen. It'll backfire on the Dems the same way Bill Clinton's impeachment push backfired on the Republicans.

They're quoting the New Yorker story written by a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist that's slammed virtually every Presidential administration since Reagan. It's not to be taken lightly.

That story also says something else about a second Steele Memo that must be true, also:

The Hill
Steele's memo said Russia used "unspecified channels" to request that Trump choose a secretary of State who would remove "Ukraine-related sanctions," according to the report. The Kremlin also reportedly wanted the department's head to accommodate Russia in regards to Syria, where the Russian government has been backing President Bashar Assad in a years-long civil war.

Shoulda read the source material before you went with this one man.

LOL! Again, the idea that Mitt Romney would ever be seriously considered by Trump or his people betrays the fact that Steele is just making this stuff up, or at best is being punked by his sources. He doesn't know American politics well enough to realize how absurd that premise is.

Ohh twist. However, some have already claimed Assange is a Russian asset.

A botched robbery attempt. Sigh.

If you honestly believe a man was murdered on the street as an attempted robbery, yet his wallet, phone, and car were left untouched, then it only makes sense you'd buy into the Russian fairy tale.

This. During the election, I asked my colleagues who were on Obama's campaigns why the dems or media didn't highlight Trumps's mafia connections? Their answer privately was because its likely many democratic leaders have mafia connections too.
