Can a FOIA Request be granted for FLOTUS immigration paperwork?

I would like to see what extraordinary value was accepted as proof of granting this Visa ?
As FLOTUS she has an opportunity to effect real change on so many fronts I'd hate to see that go to waste!!! Is this possible?

Nicknamed the "Einstein Visa", the EB-1 is in theory reserved for people who are highly acclaimed in their field - the government cites Pulitzer, Oscar, and Olympic winners as examples - as well as respected academic researchers and multinational executives.

Lol not needed but my question is what are the accepted permissions for this type of Visa?

As for the OP, I would say yes. Of course if it's sketchy you might get something that looks like Barack Hussein's birth certificate. I will say this though, she had some troubling things in her past that would not fit the right wing bill for a First Lady. The erotic photos and such. But that goes for just about every politician, including Obama, Bush, Clinton (god almighty Clintons), JFK, and even MLK.
But being fluent in several languages speaks volumes about her intelligence without having to see "grades".
Are you witch hunting the First Lady or genuinely curious about her field?

I don't want this to be an immigration pissing contest im legitimately curious as to what qualifies as an EB1 visa? And what it entails ? As for Melania Trump im interested in seeing a runway models qualifications for approval hence the FOIA question since she is FLOTUS now.

File it and see. I don't see why it would be entirely refused. It's government paperwork and it likely doesn't involve national security issues.

My question about the EB1 leads to others and the how who when of those ppl.If it's used as a work around then there's the issue that would need to be looked at and addressed but if you knew WHO uses this type of Visa your brain would melt out your ears lol
