openspot at Groom Lake

Clicking on the above link, you will see it goes to the Nellis range and specifically Groom Lake. A long ridiculously wordy explanation can be found at:

www.lazygranch.com...

The tldr is someone set up a ham repeater at Groom Lake, or created a cool spoof.

Well, I clicked on both of the links, the top first one took me to a web page, I have no idea what I am looking at, the second link you posted was a wall of words, that I wish you would provide highlights about. As I don't want to read paragraph after paragraph.

I have no Idea what exactly this thread is about other than radios at groom lake, after reading your OP and clicking both links.

Whatever is there today is probably a long way from turbo coded, triply-Polarized multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) aided Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA).

Possibly it hasn't been used lately and the last used fell off the database.

I'm hoping this page will eventually find its way to the person with the callsign. I've spared him his name in print, so it is in the public records.
