People did not start making up fake reasons to hate Trump until he ran against Hillary Clinton. No one called him racist or all of the other names.

Great article. Towards the end it mentions a karmic sequel to Trump's moms mugging and that mugger being chased away. Did Trump chase her mugger away too, i wonder.
Trump loves publicity, even in 1991. I would bet Trump's alias John Trump, is who let the press know about it at the time. I'm sure he stopped the mugging with good intentions, but Trump would totally want credit for it too.

Trump was always doing good things for people without making it public. He always wanted it kept quiet. There are entire threads about that here from during the election, but people keep ignoring it.

Let’s be even plainer: to do what Trump has done (and he is only the latest and loudest and most spectacularly hirsute) is a conscious form of race-baiting, of fear-mongering. And if that makes Donald Trump proud, then what does that say for him? Perhaps now he will go away, satisfied that this passage has sufficiently restored his fame quotient and television ratings.

He sounds like a delightful human being.

Barack Obama would have rushed in to the High-School, to help too.

I'm not doubting that Trump is a very generous person. I've seen many stories of his generosity. I'm not disagreeing... just pointing out that he loves publicity, so i wouldn't be surprised if he leaked the story.

Those links are to stories where he was generous and wanted it kept quiet. I don't think that he likes publicity for doing good deeds. Sure, he likes publicity. I just don't really think that saving a guy from getting killed with a bat is something that he would have made a big deal out of on his own. It's not like he boasted about that, or about his other good deeds, even while running for president.

“I guess he recognized me because he said, ‘Mr. Trump, I didn’t do anything wrong.’ I said, ‘How could you not do anything wrong when you’re whacking a guy with a bat?’ Then he ran away.” (Witnesses at the scene gave the newspaper conflicting reports on what happened, with one saying Trump “just looked around and went back into his limo.” Police said the attack wasn’t reported.)

I do find it amazing time and time again, how wonderful so many thought of Trump when he seemed to be a democrat. He ages and runs on the republican ticket...BAM...he instantly is a deplorable human being! Partisan bias sucks!

I voted for Trump since I knew he would be more balanced and centered because he was a true lifelong democrat. The letter R was meaningless to him...it was just obviously the only outlet available for him to become president...( ahem...DNC email leaks proved he was right.)

Trump would have gone into the school while it was being shot up yet he dodged the draft several times? Sounds legit.
