Of course there is also the possibility that there's nothing conspiratory at all going on at all and it just so happens that letting a child cut their teeth on FPS video games that reward them for their body count is kind of bad for their mind.

EDIT - Of course, FPS video games don't come out of thin air so you would have to ask what the people who create them are trying to do (besides create video games). I sometimes wonder what the politics of game creators actually are. I'm pretty sure a lot of the Hollywood movie people are very liberal. Ironically, liberals have created many of the most violent movies ever made. I'm sure decades of watching people get maimed and killed in every conceivable fashion in movies and TV shows hasn't had any psychological impact at all on people. Right? That's just silly to think that, isn't it?
