14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:

15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man

The key to understanding that you are what you eat and when you eat from a life source that source effects you and defiles you.

Only eat foods from without and not foods from within

eating anothers lifesource is a food with and that goes to the heart through the stomach therefore defiling the persons words and actions

eating food that is without goes to the stomach and purges the meat and never reaches the heart to defile the person but cleanses the person

Artificial foods & artificial preservance, even using fire to preserve is wicked, but we can't just expect to evolve back 1000 years over night, so out of our control. We dissect chemicals in order to make foods & waters & stuff, no good for whatever the spirit is chemically consistant of. Neither our kids, which science can't really tell how it effects generations yet, not enough evidence. But i'm not saying that this is what the verse you put means.

I wouldn't waste my time with this one bud.

I understand the text to be a metaphor and not be taken literally.

So basically is saying that you can search, read and learn and acquire a great knowledge (it doesn't matter what you eat), that will not kill you. But what you do with that knowledge that is what will kill you (what comes out of your mouth).

I agree to identify, but to identify without judgement is the concern. Judgement if age, ages of time like 10,000 years ago, beliefs, abilities, beauty, embarrasment, etc. Make a bubble paper like they taught ya in skool, what connects, doesn't connect. Go through every brainstormed possibility you can think of, see if other people(real people, not over internet or fone) see any relativity ir resemblance to how you percieve a certain(in this case a biblical verse) thing.

hint charcoal is something from without

a meat steak rare is something from with

bread is something without

meat is something from with in other words it has substance that is not your substance and that goes through your stomach to your heart and back out your mouth and when it comes out your mouth as words it has defiled you by way of thought and action
