The relevant remarks by the local Rochester police department make the "great FBI" a laughing stock IMO.

I predict the FBI will also be throwing that sheriff under the bus to save their politically tattooed skins.

Honestly, TPTB have done worse things. I wouldn't be surprised.

Whether it's true or not isn't the issue. Or rather, it's not the only issue. The issue is that this accusation is deepening the divide between the left and the right, and the more accusations there are, the farther we get from any middle ground, compromising, or God forbid, handling this like ****ing adults.

You've all heard the divide & conquer stuff before, but it's a real issue; the media worsens it, and some people are retaliating with overemotional heartbreak over the deaths of children while others reply wth total denial and apathy regarding the tragedy, screaming about their gun rights. Don't get me wrong - I'm pro 2nd Amendment - but the fighting from both sides damages our country and the way it handles its social problems. Liberals are whiny idiots, the right are conspiracy lunatics who want children to die, and we all continue to judge each other until the next shooting pops up on the news. Then, rinse & repeat.
