UNESCO has released their 2018 "guideline" on sexual education. These "guidelines" are part of the UN's "Global Education 2030 Agenda".
Here is the main link to that document.

I first want to point out part of the claim being made in the "foreword" of this document.
...
Despite these advances, too many young people still make the transition from childhood to adulthood receiving inaccurate,
incomplete or judgement-laden information affecting their physical, social and emotional development. This inadequate
preparation not only exacerbates the vulnerability of children and youth to exploitation and other harmful outcomes, but it also
represents the failure of society’s duty bearers to fulfil their obligations to an entire generation.
...
To me it is quite ironic that they mention the "inadequate preparation and vulnerability" of children to "exploitation" when the main argument being
presented in this document is to "enforce" (make mandatory) the sexual education of children starting from 5 years of age, and in using every school
subject to impose this "indoctrination", which the document explains includes teaching children that “sexual pleasure” is more than okay before
these children turn 10 years of age.
I know some people in these forums will be fine and dandy with having such imposed agenda, despite the fact that many parents would be against this
type of "indoctrination". The mandatory "indoctrination" starts with teaching children of 5 years of age that masturbation is okay, but has to be
private. It then goes on to say that at age 9 children should be able to explain "male and female responses to sexual stimulation", by age 12 the
document states that children must “support the right of everyone to express their sexual feelings." Remember that after years of imposed
indoctrination starting at 5 years of age, children will be told when they are still minors that "they must support the right of everyone to express
their sexual feelings". The expression of sexual feelings include not only masturbation, but hedonism in all forms, including sodomy, and it paints
traditional morality "as old-fashioned and wrong" .
Here is the thing, the document does not say that "pedophiles" should be excluded in the claim that "everyone has a right to express their sexual
feelings." If you think that the document does not include "pedophiles" in their description that "everyone has a right to express their sexual
feelings", perhaps you weren't aware that the UN voted Saudi Arabia on the UN Women’s Panel.
How was Saudi Arabia Voted onto a UN Women’s Panel?
If you don't trust the above Human Rights website, perhaps the following one should suffice.
Saudi Arabia elected to UN women's
rights commission
People might have forgotten that Saudi Arabia not only suppresses women's rights. Saudi Arabia is still a country where adult men can marry underage
children.
Heck, here is a newspaper which points out the views of Saudi Arabia Grand Mufti.

Manama: Saudi Arabia’s efforts to edge closer to setting a minimum age for marriage have received a blow after the Grand Mufti said there was
nothing wrong with girls below 15 getting married.
“There is currently no intention to discuss the issue,” Shaikh Abdul Aziz Al Shaikh said, quoted by local daily Al Riyadh on Sunday.
In a bold attempt to force changes on the grounds, the justice ministry has been pushing for setting up the minimum age.

So it should be obvious why this UN document does not say anything about "pedophiles" being excluded in what the UN views as "the rights of everyone
to express their sexual feelings."
Apart from the obvious indoctrination that the UN still plans for every child on this world, there are other "claims" made by this document which can
be easily proven to be nothing but lies. For example:
Here is part of the beginning of the "foreword" of this document.
Foreword
Foreword
It has been almost a decade since the International technical guidance on sexuality education was first released in 2009. During this period, the
global community has come to embrace a bold and transformative development agenda to achieve a just, equitable, tolerant, open and socially
inclusive world in which the needs of the most vulnerable are met and where no one is left behind. The 2030 Agenda for sustainable development
shows us that quality education, good health and well-being, gender equality and human rights are intrinsically intertwined.

It's quite ironic that they start with such a claim when the UN in general, and other of it's member groups have been embroiled in several scandals,
which include the attempt by the WHO Director General, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesusto, to name as "goodwill ambassador for Noncommunicable Diseases
in Africa" known communist dictator H.E. President Robert Mugabe. As an aside note you should know that the WHO is a member of the United Nations
Development Group, which is why I included some of the actions of WHO in this thread.
It should come as no surprise that Ghebreyesusto would try to make such nomination, when GHebreyesusto's main political affiliation is with the
"Tigrayan People's Liberation Front", a communist party in Ethiopia which
"
has been listed as a perpetrator in the Global Terrorism Database,
based on ten incidents occurring between 1976 and 1990". Ghebreyesusto's other known party affiliation is with the "Ethiopian People's
Revolutionary Democratic Front", the ruling political coalition in Ethiopia which consists of 4 political parties, one of them being the "Tigrayan
People's Liberation Front".
This nomination was only rescinded when there was a backlash of protests against this nomination.
Director-General rescinds Goodwill Ambassador
appointment
It's also quite ironic when WHO also named the Minister of Public Health Roberto Morales Ojeda of Cuba as President of the 67th World Health Assembly
in 2014.
Cuban health minister designated President of the
67th World Health Assembly
So i ask myself, how is it possible that after all the scandals the UN has been involved into, and the obvious communist agenda that the UN and other
world organizations like WHO have, why is it that there are still so many people who think the UN and WHO are trusted world organizations whose only
interest is "the good of humanity" when they want to impose mandates which any decent person would be against?
