seriously though. what im talking about works on anyone with a nervous system. im not claiming that it will make you a monarch zombie, ready to carry our agent boris's orders, but from the patent text, if it is to be believed, basic urges and emotions can be manipulated quite easily from any TV, ipad or phone screen, especially over time.

It's really not the guy himself that's nagging at me. It's something connected in some way and I wanted to make sure I got my thoughts out there in case something occurred to anyone else. My brain will cough it up in due time, whatever it is.

thats the point im trying to make somehow. mk isnt used anymore. not in the way it was once thought up and tried.

before i joined the dark side many years ago i had a breakdown. because i noticed i had been played all along.
school, parents, politicians all living the lie and trying to get me to join in.
maybe that could have been the right time to program me.

ok, i just noticed this is what this is about. still with a different angle.

i have a fear that this movement will bring all the sheep back to the shepherd. him beeing good or bad

what if we're breaking the masses for the final programming, maybe via 5G

So what happens when people find out about this?

Following immense public outcry, Congress forbade further research and demanded that these projects be terminated across the board. But as former CIA agent Victor Marchetti later revealed, the programs merely became more covert with a high element of "deniability" built in to them, and that CIA claims to the contrary are a cover story.

No surprise here, is there?

An obscure District of Columbia corporation called Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Systems Consultants Inc. (SCI), operated a number of classified intelligence, government and Pentagon contracts, specializing in, amongst other things: "problem solving in the areas of intelligence electronic warfare, sensor technology and applications." (14)

Employing some old OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, the company also engages the services of prominent physicians and psychologists including E. Stanton Maxey, Stanley R. Dean Berthold Eric Schwarz plus many more. MRU lists in its Company Capabilities "brain and mind control."

It's such a big business, that there are government contractors doing R & D in the field.

What about the relevance to recent topics of discussion?

Known as "remote viewers," GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures. The program operated with two teams: one working out of the top secret NSA facility at Fort George Meade in Maryland, and the other at SRI. Results are said to have been exemplary.

Following the Oliver North debacle, the Secretary of Defense officially terminated GRILL-FLAME, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. The leading members of the project -- including Dames -- immediately relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech, and continue their work to this day, operating under government contract. ... During NBC's "The Other Side" program, Dames stated that "The U.S. Government has an electronic device which could implant thoughts in people." He refused to comment further.

Just like before, when found out, the government halts it's operations only to have the same exact operators form their own private company and continue along with the same work as before, only now removed by a layer of plausible deniability.

Right before those new card readers came out, I was managing a boutique. One day, this creepy man came into town and was going from shop to shop trying to get everyone to purchase the machines before they became a standard device.

I politely declined and he actually got kind of rude and pushy, which was bizarre. So I basically started ushering him out. And at the door he stopped and said something that really got my attention.

He told me that I could hold off purchasing the machine for a while, but pretty soon it would become mandatory for any business who wants to do credit card transactions. He said "All the banks are putting chips in the cards and anyone who doesn't have a reader won't be able to sell and customers who don't use the new card won't be able to buy anything on credit after this system goes into effect. If you want to stay in business, you'll get the machine."

He told me those exact words. And he told the same thing in the same rude manner to all the other shop owners on the block. Just creepy and bizarre.

Correct. Part of the issue is the narrative, forget the lone gunman sleeper agent folks, as it isn't even a measurable state relative to trillions of decisions a day. Its a diversion of sorts.

The issue more about daily choices. We're defaulting life to the machine entirely. The GPS has had an interesting effect, folks have lost their internal sense of direction in just 20 years and given it to Google. What's that feeling you get when you play candy crush? Why must facebook be checked over and over again? Explore a place to eat without first yelping? Micro decisions create a macro effect, what is the macro, why does it matter if no one leaves earth anyway?

In this area we have to keep several things in mind. Freewill and why it is important to control it in ever increasing ways? Why is pharma involved? If having the phone in my pocket, or the WIFI next to my head alters my reality and choices, why is that important if I'm still on terra forma? If CIA/NK was making sheep, how do they control them? Is there only one faction doing these things, is there a unified alphabet agency doing google, google phone, wifi, sat, and pop music too? Is there one guy?

Who are they? Maybe its WHAT is they?

thinking big - if we dont Q this the right way, as we have been warned, we might break alot of sleeping peoples
minds.

and then there won't be no need for doctors, red lights and certain drugs in a one on one let me fix you situation. because the big breakdown was by then caused through us.
breaking the people the wrong way. just as a caution.
lets stay open to all sides of this deep hole as a whole


edit: there's been some chat about 5g and why our tech is really made in china. who knows what they can do with all the routers as someone has allready mentioned

You are correct, it is a legit concern as the avenues people have gone to find help are the problem, it concerns me greatly. We must all find compassion for others and their level as we go along.

your post remembered me of an interview i saw recently and a connection someone made here on ats. the last bourne movie i think it was.

the interview was with one of the cofounders of FB, cant remember his name atm. he was saying something along the lines of: they didnt know of the consequences and people need to get away from social media

edit: people dont get help nowadays. they get likes. try building a personality with likes.
