Just throwing out a little more info, don't even know if it has relevance.

Cell phones were originally analog. The switch over to digital was very gradual. Digital signals allow for much greater distance to be covered on much less power (thus miniaturization of phones) because of the nature of square (digital) waves. Much more effective at filtering noise and interference.

This inherently means that the phones of today are going to be square wave signals and very low power. If that alone were enough, Q would not exist. They would simply shut him (them) and/or us down. So they may act as a trigger but are not enough by themselves to completely program a human. And Parkland would suggest that you really need somebody who is largely predisposed toward moving in the desired direction to begin with. You can't just flip a switch and a born pacifist suddenly becomes Rambo. Talk to me, Johnny!

I just realized, either they need a network of psychologists who report potential subjects to them, or else they can somehow access confidential psychological files to find these people.

EDIT: Aren't psychologists required to report potentially dangerous patients to authorities? That's how they find these guys.

They don't even need all of ANTIFA.

They just need to make sure they have their Monarch subjects in the right places in the right groups -- think Charlottsville -- to do the right things at the right times.

They make them during therapy, and then their prescriptions keep their minds in the right state for being triggered. They even have the right tech they carry in their pockets to set them off. They're like little walking backpack bombs if this line of thought is real.

And thanks to what they were prior, they end up tarring and feathering all those associations, creating tension ... whatever effect you need.

I think they call it "dissociative identity disorder" these days, but whatever the name it totally makes sense. Create a persona who is basically a rage-driven monster, and set something to trigger that persona when you need a False Flag to create/change the current narrative.

The first link is a report on the MK Ultra project. The second link is a video of an incident where a car tried to ram Trump's motorcade.

Q is definitely claiming that these people are being "triggered."

As the World Turns was an old soap opera.

He says to read carefully. First thing. Then when he's talking about the frequencies, signals being sent, he says "target subject". Well...that typically is a clinical way of referring to another human being. In research, law enforcement, etc., they use this to describe a person of focus. Then, when he asks about car control, it's in the form of a question.

What if he's asking about car control to make us question our assumptions...I mean, we already know they can control vehicles remotely.

What if he is telling us that somewhere outside of the US, there is someone who has technology capable of targeting a specific individual with electromagnetic frequencies and remotely control that person's behavior? If someone is under butterfly programming, they can make you do things like you're a puppet. You see what you're doing but you cannot stop it.

Maybe that is what happened to these people. They didn't control the car. They controlled the driver.
