If the purest role of humanity is to be actuated,
The reach for what "isn't" yet...

And evolution occurs, (directed or not)

And homo sapiens begins to fork, one branch being that of one with advanced abilities, those illustrated in movies and tv,

Then I say safety first.

The sociological impact of such a manifestation would be devastating on so many levels.

Especially when individuals that manifest such abilities are NOT "delicately concerned" with the destructive potential of their abilities.

This also makes a very wide and open opportunity for individuals whom would be considerately aware of their ability, to aid in any natural disaster relief.

Ie... The firefighter team that cannot reach the flood victim in the rushing waters on time is INSTANTLY saved by the individual with powers whom can levitate and swoops in ON CAMERA with millions eyes watching..

Setting a good example.

But then again, let an App be developed with insurance companies for potential, ie 'flood victims" sign off on potentially SUEING any individuals whom save them, though they return with a broken limb or so through the disastrous process...

Why do you suppose the world is in such an increasingly bizarre tailspin? In short, it/they are here already, always have been, always will. But it just doesn't work the way it does in entertainment media -- fiction, art, the screen. The SIth are real -- just watch Century of the Self or any documentary that delves into the SS and its esoteric underpinnings. Madison Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue both have their dark sorcerers pulling levers and creating smoke screens from behind the curtain. Likewise there are Jedi. Those would be some shamans -- or the Kogi, particularly -- and especially, the Tibetans.

Miracles and magic occur. I've seen a bit, it adds up -- but I never once saw anything that I recognized immediately as magic miraculous, only on reflection or after hearing other people's comments did I see it clearly. For example, if you see a dead animal revive because of someone's prayer, your mind won't comprehend it at first. You will go into a state of shock, and some people present will simply fail to comprehend what they have seen, or even forget the incident outright.

Some, maybe most people simply cannot see or recognize what is really happening right before their eyes, no matter how outrageous and paranormal it may really be.

..though i doubt what's in store for us is anything like being a superhero...

They tell us "live forever" "you ll be a super super genius" etc...

If we're to go by today's gold standard, tptb surely don't want us living forever or being smart,powerful etc...

but rather the opposite is true...

I am taking about FULL ON ... SuperHeroes.

First person viewpoint You tube videos of them using go pros, where they are personally flying around saving people from dire straits.

Humanity actually taking a leap.

Like, it ACTUALLY HAPPENING...

to the point where it is undeniable and on the face of every screen in everybody's face.

Like a GLOBAL PHENOMENON that changes history in the most magnificent manner ever experienced in their known universe.

In that case, i agree; this entire planet will be rubble within minutes.

Scenario: superhero 'Shouter' loud mouths an insult at another superhero on another skyscraper across the way road.

Insulted Superhero hits 'Shouter' with a super blast and takes out the entire top half of the skyscraper. 9/11 anyone ?

As the building collapses, all those other superheros's in the building go ballistic and seek revenge.

Naturally all hell breaks lose as heros and their loved ones perish in the cross-fire. Then superhero 'Twisted Fire-Starter' goes nuclear and suddenly the city is no more.

There has to be some Justice mechanism put in place that read every superheros thoughts. Once a bad thought is put into action, they implode. Sounds like a job for nanites in the bloodstream that monitor all thoughts. Sounds like the Mark of the Beast.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm. You're right. Human civilization is about to be shot out of a cannon, metaphorically speaking or not, on so many levels. We'll be hurling cans of meat towards the stars before we know it.

Humans are born with super powers, and spend their entire lives being methodically

There are some corners of the world, where man can live without air conditioning and shopping malls! They still have their super powers.

what evidence do you have to support your claim that humans will develop superhuman abilities ?

there is nothing at present in our biological make up that would give rise to that idea .

We are limited by our brain mass , our environment , are we evolving into these beings, or are we going to skip evolution and do it genetically , ?

speculation aside do you have any evidence to back up your claim ?

In which case, how is it different from the spider? A spider cannot possibly comprehend the full mechanism behind its own ability to create threads of silk; and yet, complex cobwebs it produces.

I am not defending the OP, far from it - I am actually rather disappointed by the vagueness of it. I just want to point out - though superhuman abilities might defeat our understanding, this wouldn't mean they don't exist.

True, true.

However, two of the four abilities you mentioned have already been displayed by mankind. Usain Bolt reached a speed of 44 km/h, which is the speed of a galloping horse (40 to 48).

Some humans have also shown jaw dropping strength. For instance, a man's jaw registered at 270 pounds. Several others reached above 200. That is significantly higher than the average human jaw power.

In a third example, though humans cannot breathe under water, some individuals have displayed rather incredible abilities. Such as this man who was capable of holding his breath underwater for over twenty two minutes. This beats even dolphins and small whales.

But this is beyond my point. My point is, What if there are other abilities that cannot be proven without a larger scale study, or more sensitive equipments? Would this mean this ability doesn't exist?

Yeh I know there are humans when they push they can achieve feats which make the rest of us look like monkeys in trees ,and they look like super humans !

These are well documented and completely possible for humans to train and exceed what most normal humans can achieve.

When I mean super human I mean feats which appear to defy the very laws of nature.

I also understand there are throughout history many cases of recorded super human feats , but have never been studied or proven completely.
Mothers being able to lift a vehicle to save their child etc

Such as water divining , shamanic ability , remote viewing , psychic abilities etc !

it doesnt mean they dont exist, it just means science cant explain them , like science cant adequately explain a lot of things, but it does try!

According to many a secret society , humanity has latent abilities just sitting in each of us ready to be used , which for all intents and purposes allow us to physically manifest reality from our conscious thoughts alone !
